It's terrible, I ask for things without onion and they always add it and take it away and the food is terrible and if I complain they give it to me again with onion apart from the fact that they are slow, very very slow, don't come here

They got my order wrong. The manager Kimberly was very rude. She ignored me when I tried to talk to her about my complaints and gave me bad attitude. The other employee apologized to me instead because the manager didn't want to talk to me face to face. She have the other employee deal with me. I feel bad for the other employee for having to do the apology instead of the manager. It was a very bad experience. I'll stop going to McDonald's from now on.

I've been here a few times and they've always gotten the orders right and the drive-thru window moves reasonably quickly. That's why I gave them a second star. But this morning I forgot my wallet. I pulled up to the first window to say to cancel my order and I noticed that it said they take venmo and PayPal. Except the cashier had no idea how I could pay with paypal. Or venmo. He said no one in the store knew. With venmo I know you just show a QR code and they scan it, I'm not sure about PayPal because I haven't done it before. But I have both. The guy at the window just kept saying that he only knew how to do Apple pay and he was pretty sure that for PayPal and venmo you had to use a credit card that was connected to those things. That's obviously incorrect because then you're paying with a credit card not PayPal or venmo. If you take all these payments mcdonald's, why aren't your people trained on how to take them????

I paid for my food and waited patiently only for them to bring it out and ignore me when I said it was mine. He sits it in front of someone and allowed her to lean over my food, so I stepped around her and grabbed my food. I had to then proceed to begggg him for my cup. Meanwhile he gets his manager for that other customer. Every time I go to that location they just ignore me. I assumed it’s because I couldn’t speak Spanish to ask for it but he looked at me and looked right away. So terrible customer service to some and better for others. I literally had to go behind the counter and get my cup because no one would even look at me. I will never be returning this is not the first time they made me feel a way in that place

Literally the rudest people I have come in contact with when it comes to customer service..I came by ..not only that the food wasn't ready but not one step Into the window and try to better the situation... manager was just laughing and playing with coworker and the older lady were just about theirs business and just didn't say absolutely nothing at the window..just ignoring at least 8 min at the drive thru window..and anyways this isn't the first time...or they dislike the job too much or simply tude people working in ths store...not to mention the food is not the Greatest either.....a long waiting line just to lose my appetite for such people

Horrible the machines are down for mobile orders. I was refunded of course but it took a minute to figure out what happened. They’re speaking in spanish in front of me while addressing this issue. I’d like to understand what is going on with my transaction can you speak in english please when dealing with people atleast. Don’t recommend this horrid location.
