Today we tried our 1st smoothie with sea moss at Natural Defense.They are delicious! I even tried my daughters (Mango Mania) and not sure which one I like the most, I wanted to drink them both! I believe I got the Island Oasis with coconut cream and it’s simply amazing ! The consistency is thick and creamy and the taste is naturally sweet and bright! The seamoss is a great addition, I can already feel it working! The owner was so sweet and her business was very clean! 10/10
