The yogurt parfait looks super old. The yogurt is watered-down, and the strawberries/berries look old and mushy. I did not eat it. Not to mention, there is barely any yogurt in the tiny cup. For almost $6, it is ridiculous. I also ordered a Bf sandwich, and it was salty and mediocre. The only ok thing was the cold brew. I'm pretty disappointed with the amount of money i spent.

Worst Panera Bread establishment I've ever been too. Employees never say your name correctly, name always misspelled on receipt, gets upset if they don't get tips, always out of something on the menu, drinks taste watered down, tables are not clean.

ordered through third-party delivery and didn't receive the full order. Tried to contact Panera Bread customer service online for a refund and there's literally nowhere to apply for a refund. They only want to give you a store credit for missing food. That is not acceptable to me considering the amount missing there was. No one will answer the phone over there at this location. I called three times and let the phone ring for five minutes each. Called DoorDash and they said the restaurant has to refund it. On Panera Bread app, they give you no way to request a refund or a phone number . Definitely not ordering through Panera Bread app again.

The cashier was great, she fixed i problem I had. The person making my tuna sandwich only gave me one sandwich when I was suppose to have two. Cashier immediately went to her and asked it to be made even though they had argued about it, she got my sandwich made and I truly appreciate her for getting it done.
Ordered the drink online. It took forever for them to provide the drink.

I walked in the manager and employee were talking socializing behind the register I stood there then I said excuse me anybody in the register she said what? I said is anybody in the register then she said yes I said I get a free tea and I want a cinnamon roll she rang the tea I said why are you changing the tea she said on and took tea off then when I got home my daughter open the bag they had grab the cinnamon with a napkin and napkin stuck to the cinnamon roll Horble this is definitely not the way Panera treat there costumers . I found strange the tea machine had sweet tea . In Florida the tea is unsweet and you have the choice of adding sugar or not well I introduce my daughter the day before to this Panera she loved the cinnamon roll I guess she’s not coming back when told told her what happened and she saw the paper on the cinnamon roll hope they get it together

I just want to let you know that I can tell in the difference with management here. I had the pleasure to speak with Mrs. Debbie one of the managers on duty yesterday. She was very kind, helpful and when it wasn’t busy she was cleaning tables and throwing trash away! The way she moved around the store connecting with other customers really made me feel great! Thank you Panera for the new leadership you have at the Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd Location. In the past I didn’t get that kind and warm interaction from management.

Terrible service. Walked in with two registers open. The young lady completed an order and as I walked up she walked off. No words. I asked the second cashier as she finished if she was coming back, she said yes. The second cashier proceeds to take another customers order who walked to after I did instead of taking care my my order. Clearly training is poor.

Stopped in for coffee and bearclaw. Was disappointed they did not have any, settled for something similar. Seems bearclaws are either minimal or gone. Since they seem to be popular, Panera should make more!Kid-friendliness: Not recommended for kids.
