I ordered take out, was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, which it probably was. But we didn’t get it for 35 more minutes after we arrived in the drive through. There was one car at the window when we arrived and it was still there 35 minutes later. My husband called inside to ask if the customer could move up or go around and re-enter the pk up lane. He was told that was the customer’s choice! Why should I wait for a person who ordered in the window and is waiting for pizza to be cooked?! This is a ridiculous lapse in customer service. It’s never happened before. Probably won’t happen again, because there are hundreds of places selling pizza in this area.

Good Evening,Please allow this notification to serve as a formal advisememt of the increased level of quality the noted location has achieved under manager Stephan Gayle. I've resided in this area o er 10 years and have witnessed the level of service decrease. Since Mr. Gayle's arrival, which has been short lived, I've not only witness an improvement of overall customer service but employee moral and the health department score increase from where in hovered in the 80's to a now 99. This manager deserves far beyond a mere congratulations email, paper certificate or pat on the back. Mr. Gayle is deservant of a generous bonus and corporate management consideration. I'd like this notification to be escalated to the highest regard to ensure Mr. Gayle's efforts and dedication does go unnoticed and tangibly awarded. Horrible experience, ordered delivery and the doordasher called me questioning if I should go outside to pick up the food when I clearly had it marked as leave at door. I had to go meet the driver at his car to pickup my food. I called the store to get my tips adjusted but the “manager” had muted the phone, possibly to get me off the line. I called again and the manager said he removed the tips. I still don’t see the removal and the full charge is still on my Pizza Hut account and card.

The employees don't care about the customer. They will leave you on hold for 20 minutes while they close their store especially if you have something wrong with an order. They do this so they don't actually have to do anything and they respond with "we are closed now and all we can do is issue a refund"

Pizza is good, I don't mean to spark a rage in some people but i'd say it's better than Joe's pizza in nyc... service is good i've never had any issues with customer service so far. would recommend for pizza night

I don't know what was going on last night but I placed my order online and it said it'd be ready at 8:05pm so I got there at 8:15pm, drive thru was full and not moving so I decided to go to inside were there were 10 people already there waiting more time than I was. I got my order at 8:40pm. One lady was waiting for 45 minutes already as the girl in front didn't have any answers on why it was taking so long and really didn't care either. The manager was on the phone the whole time and trying to keep up with high volume as orders kept coming in. As I'm waiting there a customer came in and said he had been waiting for 40 minutes and his kids were hungry so the girl at the front told him "You can always go to McDonalds there service is faster and its fast food" No customer service whatsoever. Will not be returning again.

My little Granddaughter and I ordered a meat lover pizza on line Sun.10/8/2023, we picked it up at the drive thru @ 17:00hr. My granddaughter wanted an Orange Crush soda and the nice young man gave it to her for free. It really touched my heart and I thanked him so much
