Margaret had a white foam and had no taste. Manager Todd me home made mixer. It was terrible. And the food....let me ask you this... have u eva asked 4 salt at a Mexican restaurant? NEVA!!!! And that didn't help. They are newly open so I'm gonna give them a minute and try again.

They charged me $13.50 for one “meat” soup which had only 3 tiny pieces of meat. Are you serious? The name of the restaurant is not punto sabroso anymore. It’s called sangria now
My boyfriend & I went for dinner last night with 2 other friends. Everything was going well until one of our friends found a dead mosquito/gnat in his food. We alerted the waitress & she apologized. Coincidentally, only moments later, I found a human hair in my food. It was dark red (looked dyed) and i have natural brown hair, so it definitely wasn’t one of mine. I lost my appetite immediately after and alerted the waitress a second time. She apologized again, but didn’t really seem concerned at all about what just happened. At the end of everything, didn’t even offer anyone a discount.

We were very excited to try this restaurant, but the customer service was disappointing, my husband found a dead mosquito in his food and my friend found a piece of hair in her food. The waitress didn’t seem that she wanted to help. They could of least offered another plate, but they did nothing and changed us full price. The flavor of the food was okay , nothing mind blowing. We left very disappointed.
