The food is very delicious, but the customer service is the worst, the people who are serving have a very bad attitude, you feel uncomfortable when you want to order something, they make ugly faces at you, it seems like they are there obligated to serve you.

Just because a dish is simple doesn't make it look simpler. I ate Yuka and pork rinds, everything was super delicious and well cooked. My friend ordered another dish and said it was missing meat.

It's nice to know that you have a restaurant close to home where you can go get your breakfast!But the service is horrible, the lady since you take it seems that you are going to order it, and I order takeout and it is always with her attitude, but today I invited a friend to try Salvadoran gastronomyMy friend says the service and their actions are very bad.We ordered breakfast, they brought us the avocado with all its skin on and we asked for two glasses with ice, they filled them with enough ice so that we wouldn't ask for them again while they were there.They didn't give us straws.We were eating and we listened to all the relaxation they had in the kitchen with such bad and unpleasant words.The food is a 3/5 but the service and atmosphere 0000000They bring you food and will never ask if you need anythingAnd if you need it, you will worry about them, they never go!

This place has been here for a long time food is good but services wise awful. What’s with the attitude??? With this kind of services in 20 years from now it will still be the same small pupuseria.
They do not bring the menu to you, you have to get it yourself. Once you are ready to order you stand up at the counter. My family and I walked in at 9:30am (on a Sunday) to look at the menu. Once we were ready to order they said they weren’t serving after we saw people waiting for their order. The customer service is a 0/5 stars in my opinion. They do not greet you and have an attitude. It used to be good, but the service has gone downhill quick. The food is okay but not for that price.I hope you improve your restaurant.Que dios los bendiga.

yesterday I was starvin, so I called and placed a pick. up order. I got there, paid the order and Sri to wait for my food. I saw the shift changing. I could tell the clerk starting her shift was having a bad day, so I stay quiet waiting for her to finish up my order. after looking for the second time into the refrigerator, she turn to me and told me that she doesn't have tomato source in a to go container, so I have to take my order without it. I ask why don't go and do it, that I could wait; she responded with a rude look, and attitude, that she won't do it until the kitchen closes. the look, attitude and posture of this girl have enough sour, hate and furious to take my hungry away and make me hate the food I just paid for. there was one family sitting waiting for their food; the look they gave was not good at all as well towards the treatment and the way this young girl behind the counter handled my order. I will NEVER, EVER, return to this place that obviously don't have an idea on how to treat the people that chooses to benefit the business and ultimately bring the food to their own table. horrible experience!!!!

I was disappointed, by friend didn't like them at all, it was her first and she said her last. She got (2) Shrimp pupusa and I order (2) shrimp pupusa's and wanted to them to add jalapenos it had no shrimps and I couldn't see any jalapenos but it did have spice. We want be back. 06.22.2023
