We absolutely love Riverside Pizza @ Sugarloaf! The pizza is amazing and reasonably priced and the staff is always kind. We prefer Riverside Pizza Sugarloaf any day over the top competitors!! Keep up the great work!

Customer service needs to be improved! Whoever the girl at the front is she SUCKS and has the worst manners. I asked her a question twice loud enough for her to hear me and she ignored me and went to the back to ask a co worked the question I asked instead of saying one second let me find out for you. this use to be my co to spot but definitely my last time coming.

This place has the best pizza & wings I have personally come across at an affordable price. The sauce, dough and cheese that they have works together really well and it's delicious! Best comfort food ever!
First, the service was abysmal. I had to wait for what felt like an eternity to even be acknowledged, and when I finally got a person attention, they looked annoyed to have to help me. It was teenage girl, I believe her name was Giselle, approached me with vape smoke coming out from her mouth. She was very rude, had a nasty altitude and did not look presentable at all (dirty and ghetto). When I called for a manager, the manger on shift looked like a 14 year old boy, Dark skin, slim and had dreads. He was so unprofessional and was using excessive profanity while being unsanitary. When I asked questions about the dishes and their ingredients, I received vague and unhelpful answers. It was as if they hadn't bothered to familiarize with their own menu. This is absolutely Unacceptable It's disheartening to spend my hard-earned money at a place that clearly has no regard for its customers. I left the establishment feeling unheard, disrespected, and wholly dissatisfied. I wouldn't wish this kind of service on anyone, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this place.
