First time eating here and I was not disappointed. I had the salmon plate it was good and not dry.

Deserted...salad bar wasn't open. Service was fantastic, but menu items are limited...I remember Shoneys having more items including an open salad bar. Sweet tea was great. Shrimpnot so great & rice pilaf was dry. At least the baked potato was good. Meh...

Very good food. They were busy but food was hot and fresh. Waitress was on top of drink refills and came back to check on us several times. I would recommend it to everyone.

The dinner buffet was horrible. So disappointing. If the food wasn't overcooked, it was cold and had been sitting there for hours. There was even one item that I couldn't tell what it was and I surely wasn't going to try it. It's a shame. Shoneys used to be so good.

Service was slow but they were short staffed. However. We had someone join our table after we ordered and the waiter ignored him. Food quality was also not that good

This has been a regular go-to place for my buddy and I for years, and to this day I do not have a single complaint about it. The staff is always very kind, polite, and attentive, the food always maintains its excellent quality and always tastes fresh, and the restaurant is always very clean. I love the atmosphere inside of it as well, I enjoy seeing the warmth and camaraderie between the staff and patrons. I've never had a bad experience and I will continue to happily keep coming back.
This site says they open at 7 am but the actual website says 11 because they are located in a mall and the mall doesn't open until 11. They need to update their hours on the Google search site. It is not 7 to 7 it is 11 to 8.

The workers there have worse customer service and it’s filthy in there compared to McDonald’s. I walked out before my food came out because I don’t trust it there. Instead of doing their jobs, they just gather around and talk bad about anyone that walks by. This place needs to be shut down!!

It's descent but $12.99 per person for the buffet is a bit much. You're better off going to a bigger buffet that only charges $11.99 and has waaayyyy more options.
