I buy smoothies almost daily and I always ask for the same . This lady put ingredients that I did not ask for and honestly that’s not ok especially if you have certain allergies which is danger. After the first sip I knew she add something and the color of my shake was brown , I returned and she was completely rude and yelling. My shake was not the only mistake she made , she keeps talking on her phone with her AirPods and she really is not putting attention to the customer nor to the food she is making yet when you come and tell her this is not what you ask for she tells and trow your shake so rude. After she re- make the shake is the taste and color of what I always ask for . Please check your employee because adding ingredients you don’t ask for and having allergies is not just a mistake is danger

Smoothies are good but this place gets an F in customer service. I’ve come to this location multiple times within the same week and the ppl NEVER GREET YOU! Like you could literally walk in grab whatever you want out of the fridge and exit. No “How can I help you” “Did you already place your order” Nothing. They can be in the back, you walk in and they peak their head out and say ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Every single time they’ve looked right at me. Sure this isn’t a 5 star dining facility but a simple hello or can I help you can go a long way these days.

I was waiting for almost an hour for one of our acai bowls, but it wasn’t the workers fault. that poor girl was working all by herself and the store was very busy. Pretty sure the other employee that was with her in the beginning walked out. The management is the root of the problem. No one should be left alone during a shift like that. Under all the stress the employee working by herself still kept a great attitude and wasn’t rude to anyone while prepping 7-9 smoothies at once. I would give 5 stars just for the employee but the lack of management was terrible

Okay first of all I just had to take a moment to let the internet know how amazing the servers in this establishment are. Especially Saphara for her very kind and gentle spirit. I’m so indecisive about what I want at times and I have to acknowledge Saphara’s patient and considerate attitude towards helping me figure out the perfect smoothie. I just got off a flight, fresh from NY and it was so refreshing to be greeted and serviced in such a manner. I will be telling all my fellow New Yorker’s who come to the A often to stop in a get a smoothie from the best!! (Get the Pure Recharge Mango Strawberry)

I went to smoothie king for the first time a couple weeks ago and I was greeted by the sweetest bundles of joy that go by the names of Saphara and Luci, they were extremely welcoming to me and were so helpful when it came to finding something that I’d like. And that girl saphara can definitely make the hell out of a smoothie! Her and Luci is like the Shaq and Kobe of the smoothie business! If I could give them 20000 stars I would!!!
