I love a handmade biscuit... love love love! And, being attached to a gas station made even more confident I was going to stumble on greatness. The menu is in a large font above the cashier station. The cashier was very pleasant and my order took a couple of quick minutes to be prepared. When the kitchen team handed the cashier my order, someone shouted- thank you Kat, have a great day. First time here but not my last. Cheesy eggs were tasty. Hash browns with a huge amount of cheese! Biscuits were definitely home made. Great staff who obviously like working there and work hard. Oh, and anyplace that has spam is definitely a place to go. :)
