If you think you can place an online order and and have it ready when you show up to pick it up, think again. I've placed one, they took my money, showed up and they're closed. All this is happening on Friday at 12p and they're hours are 10a-11p....hmmm...sitting on parking lot for 30 min trying to reach someone to get refund or something and no answer. Calling different location, they said this was not first time happening. Soo to sum it up they'll take your money but you won't get your food.

Took over an hour for a simple online order. Apparently they only have 1 waffle maker. Food was decent but with one waffle maker everyone’s was cold except mine.
I placed an online for pick up on their website approximately 745 on a Wednesday. I arrive at 8pm to pick up my order to find them closed an entire hour early. It clearly states they close at 9pm both online and on the door and there is no notice of early closing.

We came maybe 5 times last week! Lol the wings are perfect size, love the mango habanero w/Cajun wedges ! The guy at the register gave good customer service! I recommend all my friends to go here Great service ! Great food!

Located in the plaza with Starbucks on Sugarloaf with ample parking. The store was very clean and had limited seating due to COVID-19. The store has new owners who were vibrant, extremely helpful, and business savvy. I saw a promotion for the lunch special on Facebook and decided to test them out. The wings were smaller than your average wing, but crispy and flavorful. They offer multiple styles of fries which is amazing. I opted for waffle cut and she got curly fries. They offer waffles and a few other treats but wings are the main focus. If you had bad experiences in the past, visit now with the new ownership. They will not disappoint. Great food, great service, and simply great wings.
