I'm frequently sent out for Starbies by my SO, and this is my preferred location for all of Gwinnett.They're much faster, never mess my order up, and better about being very courteous without asking so many questions I feel like it's forced small talk.Some of the others in the area feel like it's full of half trained new hires, but this place always feels like they've got the A-team on.

Was absolutely appalled at the lack of customer sevice skills these baristas had.Last Friday morning I went in to grab a coffee before heading to work and a lady bless her soul looked completely drained like y’all made her work over night.So as soon as i got to the front of the line I calmly asked a barista for my drink and she yelled at me to wait a minute! I was flabbergasted I actually didn’t know what to do,so I did get a bit frustrated because when I asked for a manager because she was being extremely rude the same barista straight up told me no??I literally ran outta there after this exchange. I will be boycotting Starbucks though from now on do to the Israeli attacks just wanted to warn y’all if you go to Starbucks at all please do not go to this one.The floor was trashy too and the whole place just felt off or sketchy. I highly recommend going to the Dunkin’ Donuts instead!!

I order my drink through the drive through everyweek and today I did the same thing but the manager was like “am not going to take your order you have to go inside” and he go off on me because I was in a bad mood.

Drive thru was a little hectic but what Starbucks drive thru isnt? Drink were made right and the guy at the window was super nice! Thank you!
So, it's not busy on the inside ? but getting a small coffee and 1 chocolate chip cookies is like waiting for paint dry ?

No matter where you go Starbucks is always busy! This day was my lucky day because I went through the drive thru and was in and out quickly I ordered a hot white chocolate mocha, which is my favorite. Coffee was fresh, hot and perfectly made.

This place is horrible, I went in the drive thru and when I got to the window, the guy saw us then took forever to open the window, then when he did he gave my sister and I an attitude just because she was trying to scan for her points and not pay with the app and on top of that he didn't give us any straws which I had to go into the Starbucks up the street to get a straw and when I got back in my car my dog had licked the whole thing -.-. then I called the place 20 times and when I finally got ahold of someone they straight up hung up on me. Horrible service here, DO BETTER! smh -.-

Expect to get treated like dirt and a long wait.Slow, lazy and disgruntled employees. Horrendous service & dirty tables. Absolutely pathetic place.Notice the names of people that have given bad reviews vs good reviews and you should be able to figure out the REAL problem. here.
