I used eat there 5 years ago when the original owners which my dad was good friends with. He even let me bring outside food since we age there for years. Its a shame that this restaurant tarnished over the years.

Went in today and the lady didnt have her mask on when I walked in, she put her mask on but didn't wash her hands before putting gloves on then she asked me if I want bacon on my sandwich which I didn't here the first time so asked her to say it again with the gloves on she removed her mask to talk, I asked her to change her gloves and she had an attitude and started mumbling something. I will never go here again.

So I just revised my review. In fact I had given 5 star but downgraded to a 2star. I have had good and great service there but also horrible ones too. Yes the owner is not nice at all. He needs some training when it comes to customer service. When the head is horrible, so are the staff. It is just sad. My son loves subway and it is closeby so I keep returning. Left to me alone, I will take my money elsewhere.

I visited a few months ago. My normal order was a tuna sandwich on a multi grain bun. With all toppings: spinach, green olives....the spinach leaves were wilted and old. The tuna was old and bread stale. The one star was too generous for this review rating. I have go out my way to other Subway locations.

Customer service is terrible. The staff is rude and don’t honor rewards. They don’t have proper stock of meats at times. The hours as of recently have been absolutely terrible.

Very unpleasant experience! For starters, I ordered off of the mobile app and when I arrived to pick up my food, the store was closed! I filed a complaint to the cooperation because the app should not let you place an order if the store is closed. Secondly, the store owner called me very upset that I filed a complaint. He said he was in the store but all the lights were shut off and there was no open sign. He told me he was going to give me a refund but that has not yet happened. I don’t usually write reviews but I just have to share my experience with this because I don’t want others to do the same. This is seriously a scam. I will be spreading the word about this particular subway because I have not had this problem with other subways. If I could rate a 0 I would. Save your money and time and go to the next nearest subway down the street. Unbelievable.

Ordered online went to pick up and they are closed!!! My money was taken yet we have nothing. I was already out once and do not feel like returning to get my food hours later. Why was I able to order via the app when you are closed???? I feel very upset and I know I don’t mean much but dang that’s a great scam you going on. You don’t even have a phone that’s not busy, ugh! If I could I would give zero stars. Don’t order here!

The lady makes great subs but she is VERY rude! Like I stated she makes great subs and it’s a convenient location so I keep coming back. I’m like I spend all my money here and you talk to people like they under you! Do better give a bad name for subways everywhere!

If I could give zero stars I would. The male owner is extremely rude and very cheap. He does not allow customers to use MySubwayRewards and claims the scanner was broken. If you fill out a survey from the bottom of the receipt, you receive two free cookies or a free drink. I attempted to use that code I had on my phone, and he gave me an attitude about it and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. If you ask for more napkins than the one per sandwich given to you, he will give you a hard time about that aswell. My boyfriend and I have gone several times and each time had a bad experience. The whole staff is rude and never wants to give you a good and caring experience. All they want is your money. We will never be going back.

Owner refused to use my 2$ subway reward claiming the scanner was broken, upon walking out he yelled to come back and we could use it. Very cheap and does not run the store by subway corporate standards. Will blatantly lie to you to not use your coupons. Save your time and go to any other location unless you want a verbal argument over using rewards you earned.
