I had ordered the cinnamon dessert. Got home and the food was cold. Didn't get my dessert ($5.00). If that wasn't bad enough, the guy at the drive threw window gave me somebody else receipt. I'm not a John working for door dash. It was late, and the headache even trying to get what I didn't get, due to the employee not giving me the correct receipt. Oh I even tried calling them when I seen their big mistake. Guess who had the store phone off the hook. Yeah they sure did. I not been back since.

I’ve had bad experiences here years ago, as you expect anywhere you go. The food and or service won’t always be perfect. But for the past year or so I’ve always had a great experience here. The staff is nice and tonight the food I had was SOOO good that I’m gonna be thinking about it for weeks!!!

I went through the drive through, I ordered two #6’s, beef chalupas combos! When I got home and opened my two combos I had received two chicken chalupas combos! When I phoned the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager the person laid the phone down on the counter and just left me hanging there! After about 10 minutes I hung the phone up and tried phoning the restaurant back but it went to busy signal for the next 3 hours! I will never return to this Taco Bell restaurant again!

I came through the drive through.When the person came on the microphone she was short with me.You ready to order when I started to order she was like is that all I had ordered 2 tacos.I said no what else I ordered a taco pizza is that it I said no ma'am she said what else I ordered a beef burrito is that it .I said sure is your order right on the screen I was looking at it she said is the order right on the screen she then sied loudly.When I came to the window she never even addressed me just put her hand out.I just don't understand why she was so rude and short with me and I only received one taco not two because she wasn't listening...very disappointed in the attitude of this young woman..It was about 9:30 p.m

The cashier/ order taker was great. My food was great, I actually got chicken as requested. But...for over $30 for 2 meals and some dry, microwaved hard af cinna-bon things-it was not worth it. There is literally not a single reason in the planet that 2 meals and a snack should ever cost more than $20 for a fast food joint. Highly disappointed with the cost vs quality factor.
Online it says dine-in is open till 2am.At 10:30 the staff was super rude and told us we lobby was closed. Would have been fine if they told us before we were about to pay for our order but made us cancel. Staff was so rude about it for no reason. Put a sign on the door then.

Worst taco bell ever. Extremely slow and never gets orders at night, then opens 40 minutes late in the morning. The older gentleman who works at night is consistently rude to staff and guests. I have witnessed him cuss out customers and kick them out of "his lobby". Not a good look, taco bell. Would rather go to any other location. ?
