I don't know if this is a newer location and that's why, but this is FAR better than any stand alone Taco Bell I've ever gone too. You can see the inside is clean, and the food quality is much better. The staff are friendly as well! I'd honestly rather walk inside the mall and get Taco Bell here than get it somewhere else.

I saw 2 cockroaches in the back... It's the most disgusting and repulsive thing I've seen in any fast food place. Whatever you do, don't eat here

Ordered on the app. When i got there the order wasn’t ready. Out of Mexican pizzas. Didn’t say that on the app. Apparently no refund is available for app orders. He did give us something in the place of it. Didn’t do anything w charges or anything. It was busy and they tried. Have been good other times I’ve been there.

Today May 26th I had the worst experience. I ordered my food. 2 number 8's and an extra Dorito taco and a soft taco. I should have received 8 tacos. The lady hand my daughter a bag with 5 tacos. When my daughter said it wasnt right. The lady said we did not pay for another meal, but she gave us two drinks for our meals. Then when I went up to ask she said that I needed to pay for the meal because I didn't pay for it. She kept saying your order is perfect. Lady how can my order be perfect if this is not what I ordered? They 3 employees were really rude and refused to admit fault. The cashier even took my receipt from my child and threw it away so I guess I won't know what I paid for now. If I could give this taco bell a zero I sure would. Piss poor service. I love Taco Bell but I will think twice before ever going back. I never even write reviews but this service was so bad I could not resist. When you are in the mall and want a bite to eat please don't stop there.

It was good is inside mall and it was a Saturday so they were busy but didn't have to wait to long.
Three times I've visited this location, and no tea, because no one wants to make any.... I do not drink carbonated drinks....
No refill on drinks. Very disappointing
