My family and I went to the Snellville location to celebrate my birthday and the food and service was not good. We’ve been to the Buford location (10/10) which made us want to come back because we don’t eat beef and the Bison steak was great. We visited Snellville because it was closer and made a reservation for 8:15, the food quality and service gave we close very soon. Everything was cold and two steaks that were ordered were not cooked the way they were ordered. It was upsetting to be honest.

Our server was fantastic! The bison sirloin was cooked perfectly with minimal wait time. My cheesecake was huge, and the wild berry sause was out of this world!I wish they had a restaurant like this at home.

If you're looking for an amazing experience, look no further. Shannon Freeman was our waiter and he really set the bar high for exceptional service. We had 13 people in our group. Thank you for taking care of us all. The food was awesome and the veggies were so fresh and cooked to perfection. If you're ever in the area, stop in and see Shannon.

MY MAIN REASON FOR REVIEW IS I PICKED UP MY FOOD AND WAITING OM IT TO GET DONE YOU HAVE A CLEAR VIEW OF THEM PREPARING. I WATCH A LADY ABOUT 5'5 WAVY PONYTAIL EAT FOOD WITH HER GLOVES ON AND PREPPING PLATES. THAT WAS BAD ENOUGH BUT WHEN SOMETHING FALL ON HER PANTS SHE BRUSHED IT OFF WITH THEM SAME GLOVES AND PROCEEDED TO PUSH THE BURGER ON BUN AND CLOSE BOX. THEN IT JUS T DIDNT GET BETTER. I STOP COUNTING ALL THE SURFACES SHE TOUCHED WITH THE GLOVES AND TOUCHING FOOD AND EATING. SHE CLEARLY IS USE TO DOING THIS AND THAT REALLY FALLS ON POOR MANAGEMENT. BURGER WASNT FOR ME BUT I AM GLAD I WITNESS IT. TED YOU GUYS HAVE TO DO BETTER, THAT BURGER AND ONION RINGS WAS 26.00 I EXPECT THAT FROM BURGER KING EVERYDAY BUT NOT YOU GUYS

Me and my family have eaten here a lot and have always enjoyed the food but my last visit we seen a roach crawling on the table top ! ! ! Really a let down i can only hope they get the problem under control but sadly I wouldn’t return .

Delicious burgers, love that they have gluten free buns.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns and you can specify if you want your fries to be fried separate from other gluten items. I'm just gluten intolerant not celiac but I haven't had any bad reactions from this restaurant.

We ended up here for my birthday dinner because the restaurant we were originally going to had an hour and a half wait! I’m so glad we ended up here. First of all, our server, Shannon, was THE best server I’ve ever had! He was on top of it, friendly and just all around made our entire experience! We were a large group, 13 + 2 babies. He was on top of refiour drinks and made sure our food came out as ordered. It did take awhile for our food to come, but that is to be expected with a large group. Ted’s never disappoints! The good and service was top quality! 10/10 would recommend! Shannon, this may be my new birthday spot!! Xoxo -Jennie

The worst experience we have ever had at Ted’s. we have been fans in the past. Ate at the bar…one surly bartender doing all the work and another who smiled at some. The bison meatloaf sandwich always my favorite was best described as Luke warm at best. Short rib same …sides came out wrong …baked potato hard as a rock. …bartender could not be bothered to correct. Could not get attention to refill drinks, get order in or get check. So sorry we bothered y’all to spend $150 .00. On a positive note …crab cake appetizer and squash casserole was good per our guest who doesn’t eat meat. Unfortunately this Ted’s is crossed off our list.
