This review is to let the public know how horrible my daughter was treated as an employee at this location. As a 16 year old she was so excited to start her very first job here. When she found out she got the job she couldn’t stop talking about it. Unfortunately a crew leader here, embarrassed, demeaned and bullied her for not knowing how to use the register, making mistakes and just not knowing all of the procedures. She was a new trainee and this crew leader snatched tortillas out of her hand and talked down to her for forgetting to ring up a cookie even though my daughter realized it and tried to correct it. Also, other crew members witness this and did not stand up for my daughter. Just imagine you are at home and your 16 year old calls you crying, to come get her and she can barley speak. I went to pick her up and the crew leader gave no explanation as to why she was asking my daughter to go leave other than she didn’t ask to go to break. What sad is that instead of her going into a job where she was mentored and supported as part of a team ,she was treated with hatred and animosity that she couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. None the less, my daughter quit her first job and as a parent I’m doing what I have to do.

I really want to love this place, because there are healthy options and the food/smoothies are generally pretty good. The problem is that it is insanely inconsistent.I've ordered the same smoothie like 10 times and I swear it has never tasted the same. The sweetness is random, the thickness is random, the flavor profile changes every time. You straight up never know what you're going to get.Same goes with the food. I often order the southwest breakfast wrap, and sometimes it's huge. Sometimes it's absolutely tiny. Sometimes they put chipotle sauce on it. Sometimes they put salsa on it. However they feel that day, I guess.If they could get their consistency down, it could be good. Because when its good, it's really good. But currently it's a crapshoot.

I had no idea that TS stopped selling the salads at this location. Despite me not knowing, the worker kindly made one for me. I ended up opting for the wrap instead which she kindly switched out without a fuss. I really hate changing my order and I appreciate workers that able to take care of customers needs despite the circumstances.

This location is awful. I literally ordered a chicken quesadilla and stood there for 15 minutes before I asked for a refund. Nobody had even started the order and the store was NOT busy so I'm not sure what the problem was. I worked at a tropical smoothie for a year so I know that one quesadilla takes at most 3 minutes to make. No sense of urgency or care about the customers. Horrible. Even a shift manager walked right by me after she'd seen I'd been standing there and no one asked me about my order, told me how long it would take or anything...poor customer service 0/10 do NOT RECOMMEND

I’ve ordered from here plenty of times but lately the chia oatmeal pudding bowls have arrived with less and less toppings even when I pay for extras. Overall their bowls and wraps are delicious, fresh and tasty.

The girl making them this afternoon is so rude and gives attitude , not my problem she cant make the smoothie right. I asked where the 3rd smoothie I ordered she said I don’t have another one with an attitude. Then said you can walk over there pointing saying to order it. manager doesn’t even care when i told her the way she spoke to me. Missing one smoothie and one made incorrect.

I place an online order which say that my order will be ready 4:37pm, I got there 4:30pm, did not get my order until 4:56pm. At this point I’m the only one left in the store and they are asking me what it I order?? This is ridiculous, if I had order in the store I would gotten my order earlier because I stood there and watch people come in, order at the counter and left before I did???. They are so dis-organized and have nothing in order.

I ordered a salad and a smoothie, my smoothie was made quickly and I have no issues there. However, my salad took over 25 minutes for them to make. The staff seemed more interested in cleaning the restaurant than making my super green salad, which was missing the grilled chicken.

Terrible Customer Service waited over 45 Min for 1 Smoothie on top of that it was ready sitting there on the Employee side got in the car it was a that point melted just threw it out an went to Smoothie King if I can Give 0 Stars I would. Won’t come back again

The service and meal was fine but in the store was extremely hot the A/C nor the fans was not working and according to one of the workers even if there’s a complaint it’s simply not getting fixed very uncomfortable to dine in especially when it was like darn near 100 degrees outside
