WORSE WAFFLE HOUSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I ordered a steak and waffle, the waffle was undercooked and the steak was overcooked. The cook brought his child to work which constantly screamed to the top of their lungs the entire time... there goes my relaxing Sunday?

every time I go there before work they always closed , that cook just turn the grill by 6am , that's when people going work and trying to eat. why have it off that's how you lose busines. they need to do a better job and system with.

This morning September 29 I walked inside the waffle house didn’t no one speak. It was only two customers they already had their order in. I sit down the server, went and sat down, and didn’t even acknowledge me the cook didn’t even knowledge me they saw me walk in. I’m 65 weighed 280 pounds no way you could have missed me the cook looks like he hasn’t took a bath in a week. The table behind me had old plates and cups and burnt bacon on the table. I sat there for a little while I politely got up and left, and they still didn’t acknowledge me the cook watch me get a walk out get in my car, walked over to the server and sat down and got on his cell phone. if you don’t like your job, don’t work there. If you don’t want to run a business properly don’t run it close it down. I’ve learned in my 47 years on this earth that I don’t have to spend my money where I’m not wanted . Once again, they was not busy only two customers and they both was already attended to. And you wonder why waffle house has a reputation of this type of thing

UPDATE: The worst of all the locals. Avoid this place if you can. Went there when I arrived 5 cars in the lot, placed a to go order, lots of people came in just after me and all of them were eating an I’m still there so I look and my order is nowhere i had a to go order and only plates were there. The one that took my order finally looks at me and flips her little book all the way to the front and I hear it being called… 20 minutes later… I’m not happy. So bye bye! I don’t wait I left and will never ever NEVER go to this location again. Which is a shame as it’s near… You all need to be fired from management down to bottom and all the way to whoever’s in control at the corporate level. People need to be better at this. She knew she made the error but still ignored the customer. if they overhaul the staff then it might be better. But they’re all bad cuz I’ve had more negative meals at this one than others. Yes it being the closest I’d be here more than at others. But it’s like the others are always better.Grade - FailWhen I left, the lot was full.Previous review:Great food. I love it!
