I did an online order which ended up being incorrect. The waitress asked me what I ordered. As I started to tell her, she then asked if I was finished (talking). She then had them fix my order and came back to ask me if I got hashbrowns. I told her no and that I already have the grits. She then asked me if I was finished (talking) again, as if speaking with a child. I then asked for her name @ which she would not tell me, and covered her name tag. I spoke with the manager, who was nice, and told her about their rude employee. The rude waitress kept trying to speak over me the whole time I was talking to the manager. I tipped 20% on my online order. This is why I don't like to pre-tip. I would not have tipped anything after that bad incident with that rude employee.

We went there today at about 330pm. The service was top notch and the guy in the grill was AWESOME!! He made me the best loaded hash browns I've had at Waffle House in 30 years!! Everything was WONDERFUL and I wish I could have afforded to tip them more! Nothing bad to say! We will definitely be back!!Kid-friendliness: My kids are everything on their plates! Which is a rarity.

I usually come here at night after collegeIt feels nice to just be driving by yourself at night and then come in and be served a hot meal with only you and the two people working there in the middle of the night. Its so quiet and maybe you can tune into the conversation between the cook and the server. I just really like the vibesEveryone is really nice thereI feel like more restaurants like this should stay open at night. I'd probably eat out more if that were the case

Every employee was working hard but very attentive to the customers needs. Never been in a Waffle House that was so friendly and customer oriented. Very nice employees , food was delicious, served quickly. The best place !!!
