They lack customer service. I haven't eaten Wendy's in years. Decided to grab a quick bite . No greeting took my order like a robot. I wasn't given any napkins ketchup needless to say. I know why I don't eat fast food.

I work doing delivery that is the form of income I have. I arrived at the restaurant and it was closed. They only served through the self-service. I stood in line the same as everything else. When I got my turn after more than half an hour, they treated me badly when they saw that there were three orders. The ones that I was going to pick up and they didn't want to give them to me, they asked me to queue again and I told them that I had already queued up just like everyone else, they treated me worse and they closed my window and to my face they left me talking to myself and I lost my orders and they rated me poorly because of them they don't deserve to have a customer service job

This review is for the overall food quality decline of Wendy’s.Before the passing of the founder and the takeover of his daughter, eventually taking the company public, Dave’s double was my favorite among national fast food chains.The patties were great quality. Lettuce, tomato slices, onions were always fresh. Thick slice of tomato, never smashed, dry on the burger. Two square patties - not cutting any corners - fresh and delicious above McDonald’s. Buns were also good. I could be full with Dave’s double combo.Not any more. Today 03/21/2024. Patties are ok. Tomato slice is thin, mussy. Lettuce and onions are “meh”. Buns: feel like one of those 99c for a package of 8 in Walmart. One Dave’s Double is not filling any more but it’s hard to get a second one with such poor quality of the burger.Definitely, Wendy’s is not keeping up the quality of its famous Dave’s Double that once was the pride of its menu, the beacon of the restaurant.

Come on the lunch shift on a Saturday, the cashier is super friendly! It's a very clean restaurant, and the Asiago sandwich had a very big piece of chicken. The music selection is great too.

Man taking orders at the drive through was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. We just took our money elsewhere. Kindness goes a long way you never know what someone is going through.

I went to Wendys and I sat at the box at the drive through and no one greeted me solid 15 minutes calling out “hello” and nothing. I had to literally call the store to get them to take my order. All fast food restaurants are jokes except Chickfila. Those people know what there doing. Shut it down or fix the issues with your employees. They obviously are nasty and dont care.

Pulled up at 11:30pm December 29 2023 after a long day for some food, along with other cars behind and in front of me. No one attended to or answered us. The issue is I could have made it to other places in time to get something else if I would have known they were not going g to provide service. Slushy Machines inside were still running and lights on.

I believe they prepared my food with ill intent due to me coming 10min before closing. Was sick with diarrhea 3hrs later. Will never return and will report to health department.Beware your health is at risk eating here
