Food came out hot. Fries were hot. Spicy chicken sandwich is indeed spicy!! But quality of chicken does not compare to your other chicken fast foods. Hence why Chikfila across the street is always busy.

Haven't had the Pretzel bacon baconator before so I was pleasantly surprised by how good and filling it was. Also, the fries ? were pipping hot. Great service and good food ?Parking: The location of the handicapped ♿ was located far from the entrance. Thought it could have been closer.

Wendy's used to advertise that they cooked everything fresh when you order it. I have no idea if they still advertise it, but they definitely dont do it. Ordered a single combo and got it like 30 seconds later. Fries were ok but the burger was cold. It had obviously been sitting for a while.

I gotta ask because it’s so frustrating. Why are cars asked to pull up from the window to wait on food as soon as they get there when NOBODY is behind me??!! There was already a car there and now we’re stacked up waiting. Is this an incentive for wait time that they are scamming the system on? I simply left without my food and made note not to return to this location.
Horrible. Arrived and was sitting in drive thru for about 5 minutes with no answer. Drove up to window and you could see worker inside but they didn’t acknowledge me. Drove around the front and I could see another worker sitting in general area on phone. This was absolutely despicable to see.

gave me regular nuggets when i ordered spicy and the wrong sauce, then when i went back around they said they didn’t have spicy. that’s cool and all but why not TELL the customer before just giving them whatever and let them decide what they want instead. i would have asked for something else since i couldn’t get a refund (ordered thru the app) because i don’t like the original nuggets. then when i was trying to explain this to them they acted like i was speaking chinese.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s. We’ve given this location 3 tries and it was 3 too many. Horrible service. Food is awful. The location that’s a mile away is 10x better.

I ordered on my way to work, they had cars waiting, my order was incorrect, and the young lady at the drive thru had a bad attitude giving the food. The only good thing was the young man taking the payment.
