This Wetzel’s location goes above and beyond! My pepperoni pretzel was handcrafted in front of me. The lady behind the counter is one of the nicest people I’ve ever interacted with.
The pretzels were so good it was my first time trying and the older gentleman who served me was so nice. But the next couple times another a woman was at the cashier and was very short and rude to me. It's very disappointing the attitude she chooses to have with others who are not rude to her. Everytime I go to mall I want a pretezel but if I see her at the counter instead of the guy go to auntie anne's instead.

Overall, I had a great experience. I was served by a young gentleman named Raul (I believe that’s how you spell it) and had a pleasant interaction. The pretzels were very fresh and the sauces were saucing. I really enjoyed the hotdog bites. I also got a frozen lemonade, and wow. Very delicious.
