“Best dog in and around Albany, GA hands-down! This business started downtown Albany and now has a restaurant on the left side of road off of US19 headed North. Been eating these dogs since 2003. If you’re looking for a great dog, great chili, great sides; give Jimmie’s a try. “My girlfriend and I just moved to the Albany area and we’re in search of some good fried chicken. Needless to say we found it at Carters. We got chicken, Mac, mashed potatoes w gravy, and potato salad. To top it off we ordered bananas pudding. This chicken tastes like somebody’s auntie fired it up after church, it doesn’t get anymore homegrown than this. We will be back and I recommend it to anyone. Staff was friendly and chicken was fresh.“
“The service attendant is talking with someone on phone very loudly while taking my order at drive through and then while he is taking my money and hanging out window with my food! I hear him screaming inside. Granted no one is inside thank goodness.NOTHING PROFESSIONAL. DOESNT MATTER IF FOOD WAS GOOD OR NOT.“
“Like anywhere else, I have had a couple less-than-stellar experiences here; but, overall, they are were willing to make things right when I politely brought an issue to their attention. We order here regularly when I have soccer nights, and the quality is usually good. Pizza is hot and tasty. Wings are ok. Pasta was a miss, completely. Tried it twice, but it was bland and overdone both times. I find that pan crust with extra sauce is the sweet spot.“
“Today's visit was a little disappointing because my fries wasn't fresh, I only received two napkins in one of my bags. So we had 1 napkin per meal....not nearly enough. Usually service at this restaurant is superb but here lately...my fries hasn't been fresh. I'll continue patronizing them bc they are always professional and kind...in the future I'll just ask for fresh fries and extra napkins.“
