Our oreo blast only had a little oreo on top. They had originally forgot it and cheesy tots had me pull forward and waited over 10 mins. The entire outside smells like weed and everyone there seemed high as could be. Seemed like a bad episode of half baked. Food was poorly made. We won't be back

There was nobody there in the parking lot. It took them at least 5 min to come over the speaker to get our order. When the guy asked what we wanted, he could not speak normally. He asked the same question 4 times. It seemed as if he was high. Terrible service. We got tired of repeating ourselves so we left and went to the Sonic on Ledo.

Went to Sonic in Leesburg Ga and asked for a Ginger Ale with no ice. The clerk just told me me all the drinks has to be made with ice.. Is that true? The clerk states because we are getting to much drink..

I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blast. The guy headed my just vanilla ice cream. I asked him where is the cookie dough. He said you must have eaten them. We were still at the window waiting on the rest of our food.

Entire order had something wrong and the store is filthy! Tots were obviously old and had disgusting grease in the container! Ordered diet cherry limeade and it was NOT DIET! No condiments or napkins and cups filled to brim with ice! Will now ever go to this Sonic again!

Worst sonic in the world. Ordered food with onions. Get home the food had no onions. Went back up there and the “assistant manager” claimed he couldn’t do anything about it. Wouldn’t make us the sandwiches again. Told us we couldn’t get a refund. Told us the food is edible and shut the window door in our face. Called cooperate and said they’d have the manager call us. Manager called us and told us cooperate can’t do anything to him. Asked us what we wanted him to do and said he needed to learn to be a manager and make his associates make the food correctly and be nicer instead of shutting the window in our face. He told us to be better customers and hung up on us!

Let me first start off by saying I know everyone makes mistakes. But do better sonic.
My husband ordered me a bacon cheeseburger and told them he only wanted bacon cheese and ketchup on it.
My husband gets home and I open my food. Please note that when someone orders a BURGER and tells you they only want such and such on it…THEY STILL WANT THE HAMBURGER PATTY! What I opened my food to was bacon, cheese, and ketchup on a bun.
If you eat here and have to take something off of your burger, make sure to clarify you still want the actual burger ??♀️
