One of the few places to eat in this small town. I have been to this location three times in the course of a year. The employees are so slow getting an order together and getting the order correctly that I would remember if it were the same employee when I went back. Of the three times I've been there, it has been different employees every time. It's amazing that you get different employees and spaced out over several months and they are still consistently slow serving customers and have trouble getting orders correct. One of those times that I went, my meal was horrible. I could not eat it. The other two times the meals were great. They need better training and better management for this location. Perhaps better owners as well because these comments have been going on for a while with no improvements.

Worst service ever! It seemed that nobody that worked there knew what they were doing, Took over 25 minutes to get the whopper combo I ordered ..was scared to ask for a refund due to lack of experience that I was already viewing I'm sure that would have closed it down quickly trying to get a refund on my debit card. Absolutely ridiculous. Cook /drive thru attendant was constantly tugging on his pants /underwear and handling food . Disgusting, will never stop there again!

Extremely slow, rude, racist and a complete waste of time. Went inside because three only people in drive threw was asked to pull forward and park. No one inside but no employees were at the counter either. Finally got someone to acknowledge me but he wouldn't leave drive threw to take my order. Stood there for 10 minutes while he took drivethrew orders. As we were leaving a black customer came in and he immediately took his order so I'm sure the fact that I'm WHITE was the reason he didn't take mine!
This is one of those reviews that should have been written earlier but procrastination turned into forgetfulness. I apologies to the employees because they did make our night. My wife and I were on our way to Augusta from Athens in August and went through the drive thru around 9:30 p.m. We both ordered Whopper meals and had the two best Whoppers we can remember. Reminded us of the late 80's Whopper when we were kids, large hamburger patties and fresh tomato, lettuce and onion. Service was excellent too. BK needs to find out who made the sandwiches and copy throughout the nation!

I went through drive through and had a family order. I told the cashier David that I had a big order, and he agreed it was a big order but it was alright. He got it right on the screen and in the bag! I was impressed!

Had supper there tonight and it was the best it’s ever been. My food was fresh and the lobby and bathrooms was clean and stocked. The employees that was working there were very friendly and polite. They even brought our food to us when it was ready cause we had done sat down. Would recommend this location to anyone. Only down fall was the fries was a little on the salty side. Other than that amazing
