The service provided by Lisa was very good. Our food was very good, however, the only problem we had was one in our group didn’t get their food until everyone else was finished. However, the manager without even asking removed the cost of that meal from our ticket. Would go back again. The old timer burger was excellent.
Gave this place one last try, love Chili's but this location just can't get food out hot, let you know if your order is coming the same day or out of something you ordered...been this way for years.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Just left the establishment 03/16/2024. We were seated and our server took our drink orders and had around 8 tables and a large party she was waiting on! We sat for about 20 minutes and saw people come into the establishment get seated and orders taken. The service is BAD!!!! That’s 20 minutes of my time WE can’t get back. We will not return.
Yesterday we made a to go order for 3:45 PM. We ordered a fajita, a cheese burger, and buffalo chicken wings. We arrived at 3:40. By 4 PM I was getting a little concerned. No one had come out to provide an update. I went inside to ask about my order. They asked for my name, looked confused, then went to the back, then came back and said, they’re working on it. No estimate of how soon it would be ready. I went back outside and waited. Five minutes later, our meal was brought out.We examined the meal before we left. The hamburger was burnt on one side, dry, and looked awful. We were missing items for the fajita. we went back inside and asked for a refund on the burger and gave it back to them. We also asked for a refund of our tip. Unfortunately, we didn’t look at the chicken wings until we got home, which were extremely overcooked. This is not the first time we’ve had bad service and bad food from this particular chilies. We will never go there again.
