Historically, Murrays had quality halal options that couldn't be beat. However, for the past couple of years they have been taking advantage of their customers. First, their customer service is absolutely horrid, it borderlines on disrespectful. They have an attitude that makes it seem like their are doing the world a favor. While it is appreciated that they have an all halal menu, now that there are more halal options in the area, just existing cannot be their only claim to fame. Second, while I understand that post covid inflation is inevitable, Murrays has raised their prices but also significantly decreased their serving sizes. On top of that, they have continued to perform inadequately when they do not provide the value of food that they are charging for. For example numerous times I've ordered a Meat Lovers pizza, and almost every time they continuously to skimp on the toppings. I counted literally 4 pieces of pepperoni, a few strips of ham, and 4 pieces of sausage on a 14" pizza.Honestly of things don't change at Murrays, things are only going to get extremely worse. On another recent visit, I saw a man smoking a heroin pipe in the entrance, when informing the staff, they dismissed it and took no action. They regularly have homeless people outside their exit harrasing people frequenting the restaurant.The staff is unmotivated, highly disrespectful, and often rude and dismissive.I would not recommend this location at ALL. They over charge, under deliver, and give a bad name to Muslim owned businesses.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid and the food still taste good however the wait time could be better. The pizza was good as well as the calzone, I was told it would only take 25 minutes but ended up waiting almost 40 minutes which was annoying because I had to go home to break fast with family. Also the prices are insane, $70 for 1 large pizza, 1 small, and a calzone and homemade and 2 drinks! Should be $40-50 max. It is halal so that’s good
I ordered two medium tandoori pizza and 20 piece wings, cost me $85 and it was not even that good.But my main complain is about the wings, they only gave flats and no drums. They did not call me to let me know that they are out of drums, if they did I would of cancel the wings, because some of my family don't eat flats. They just assumed the customer will eat whatever they give. When I called they were not helpful and said to take it back. Very bad customer service.Their excuse was , "we are too busy to call you". I am a paying customer. It does not matter how busy you are as a restaurant, you must call the customer and let them if you are out of something. That is call "Customer Service".I will not be ordering from this restaurant anymore.

Amazing food especially if you don't eat pork. I find myself feeding the family with their large meat lovers. Since we stop eating pork pizza felt dull until Murray came our way. Feel like They are super heros the way they saved mine and my family childhood

So upset, I used to love this place, came in 2 weeks ago and the food was amazing but I went in today and got Tandoori homemade and it was disgusting, I did an online order to be picked up at 2:30 got there 2:14 and was told it not ready yet which is as acceptable assuming the food will be fresh but I got old bread and cold chicken and way too much sauce( I throw it away after I got home) My two young brothers ordered spicy chicken burger and there was hair in their to go box and the chicken was not cooked all the way. Idk what happened today but I will not go there anymore
