Let me start by saying I drink the same smoothie 7 days a week so I know how my smoothie is suppose to taste . This is by far the worst one I ever had. Tasted like pure ice no flavor at all. I was rushing to a job so I didn’t have time to go in and ask them to remake it. Definitely will never return

Worker let me enter store behind 2ppl allowed me to stand in line then say she can't take my order! That shud have been the 1st thing she said upon entering the store sorry ma'am No more orders for the night but it wasn't ...That's Poor customer service if I'm in line my order shud be taken..but she wanna say look how long the drive thru is IDC I'm inside the store before closing!!! Terrible service Hire more help it's not my fault that yall are short staff!!! I Will Never Come to this location EVERRRRR!!! Do Better!!!

Ordered 2 smoothies online with a 12:02 ready time. Arrived no order was prepared, only JJ acknowledged me. The other staff were wandering about. Finally they figured printer was jammed and order didnt print. JJ quickly fixed printer and prepared the order then apologised. Giving 2 star due to equipment JJ always had good spirit, speed and professionalism whenever I come here. He is 5 star, the other people look like they don't want to be there. JJ shld be the manager of this place.

I come faithfully "6" days a week after work around 11 am.Clean friendly fast service top notch service.Keiry always goes above and beyond.I "HIGHLY" RECOMMEND the PBSizzle Acai bowls. Don't blend the acai.

This is the most efficient Smoothie King I have ever visited. All four smoothies were ready in a flash and the one with a substituted ingredient was well labeled. Highly recommended!

Poor management. Went in for a smoothie the other day, and the store manager was VERY rude and disrespectful to me. Very disgusting behavior on the manager’s behalf, I have never ever been treated so poorly in an establishment. Will not be going to this location anymore.

I wish I could give less then a 1 star. I have been here multiple times hoping it would get better but no it has been getting worse. I have seen the manager yell at customers and even worse treat her employees like shit and cussing them out even with children around. I don't even know how she is still working here. My last final straw for coming here is that I witness her throw a drink at the floor in front of a customer. Like cmon wtf!!! The manager should be immediately fired.

I’ve been here twice this week and my açaí bowl was so good. I thought it was too good to be true the first time so i had to spin back the next day. It was still the same; perfect amount of fruit, perfect amount of chocolate chips, granola and drizzle. The woman at the drive thru with the pretty eyes has good service too, very sweet girl

There is always some issue when I come to this smoothie king. Either they ran out of strawberries ?, the headset died so no orders could be taken, or someone's co-worker walked out on them so there is a 25 minute wait. Lastly, the smoothie tasted horrible. Will not be returning to this location EVER AGAIN. Get it together smoothie king?

Smoothies are always lumpy and super icey and watered down or you're sucking up powder or fruit chunks get stuck in the straw. The employees clearly don't know how to make smoothies. I Love smoothie king and was so happy I didn't have to travel far to get one but I'm tired of trying with this one. I'm tired of coming home trying to fix smoothies that should be made properly the first time.
