Terrible manager!!! I was Over charged and they wanted to run my card again to fix it. I was not dealing with that inconvenience. Too many mistakes! Sat me at a dirty table, Watered down drink, and the manager only want address that they fill them with ice before they pour. Law of physics says 2 things cannot occupy the same space at the same time. I ordered a drink, not ice!! She did not come to address the situation about the over charge, but kept peaking out to see how the server handled it. Basically I was robbed at Applebee's by Applebee's!!! This was not my first time with bad service at Stone Crest. I will not eat at any restaurant in Stone Crest again. Service is bad!!! All workers are always ready to go home. DO NOT GO!!!!!!

Waitress was very nice and respectful! She had me n my moms order right. My food was good, it came out quickly, but they had re-warm up my boneless wings. But I wasn’t tripping. It was fine. The Only thing that I thought was unprofessional was a guy wearing a durag in uniform serving guests. I thought he was a guest at first because he was sitting down chillin but then I saw him serving guests … like come on…. I’m Black myself but damn let’s be ffr and hold ourselves to a certain standard. That’s just like a woman wearing a bonnet and serving guests…. Be fr…. I’m born and raised in Dekalb county and in my late 20s. Just feel we should hold ourselves to a certain standard when representing a business. Then the durag was like a bright red or bright blue. (I think it was red though. I just remember it stood out). Now, he may have good service, but he wasn’t my server,… just saying this is feedback I think could be useful for the future.

This place is a nightmare if you have a modicum of cleanliness. Filthy! I walk in and the floor is sticky. In front of the hostess podium is a dried cherry that was dessicated. There were straw-wrapper lining the floor. The booth I was seated in had a sticky table with film, the menu had dried food on it. (Teach your workers to clean the menus - GROSS). The wall next to my booth had dried cake frosting - white, and the wall and blinds had splattered, dried, black something or another. The windows were smudgy filthy. After my hands got dirty from the menu, I go to the restroom to wash my hands - big mistake. The hostess was very nice and the waitress was off to a great start but it went downhill when she saw us talking to the "new" manager. I assured her that the service had been great but I would not be ordering due to the nasty and unsanitary environment. The person I with was really hungry, so we decided to stay. She'd eat and I would just hang out and talk, but not eat. The waitress must own the place because she was took my critique personally and became unpleasant from then on. She brings me the drink that I had cancelled with the meal, with the manager's consent as our food nor drinks had been prepared. I asked the bartender to cancel it and she said she had not received a order for that drink. So, I felt it would not be an inconvenience. The server brought it anyway and refused to take it back. My co-guest takes the drink as her own. Really nasty attitude. I hope the server wasn't just working for tips, cuz that would be pretty pathetic and an unnecessary waste of energy. When we were prepared to leave, the person I was with was struggling due to a disability and the server sat back and watched her struggle. Okay, you're not a caretaker but I sensed it was because we deigned to criticize her high-powered investment shares in Applebees. The manager was quite nice though and said she was new and would be giving the place a deep clean. I hope they do because the place is DISGUSTING.
