All food is served buffet style, behind a glass counter where the server puts your chosen food into a partitioned Styrofoam container. They charge $1.25 “per scoop” which is actually per item serving. (Not easy to “scoop” noodles!) I had arrived with about 15 minutes to spare before closing, and was the only person there. They have tables for inside seating, but I chose to get my food “to go.”I’m vegan, and when I asked questions about which items were vegan, no one could understand me. No one spoke English well. At first, they told me that NOTHING was vegan or vegetarian! I almost walked out, but then tried to communicate in a different way. (What has no meat, no fish, no egg, no dairy? Just vegetables?) They finally understood what I was asking and showed me, so I ordered the noodles, mixed vegetables, and veggie rolls. (I made sure they were not fried in the same vat where meat is fried.) They kept trying to get me to get the fried rice, but I wasn’t convinced that it didn’t have any egg in it. (Also, I prefer noodles to rice.) They also pushed the fried potatoes, but they looked greasy and I didn't trust they weren't fried in a vat that also fries meat.The mixed vegetables were very fresh! Not limp or overcooked, despite this being the end of the day. It was mostly broccoli and carrots. (I requested no mushrooms.) The noodles were a little salty and greasy, but not too much. The veggie rolls were okay – also greasy, so I sopped them up with a towel. I spent less than $6 for my entire take-out meal! When I’m in the area, I’ll be back! Definitely a good place for someone on a tight budget.FWIW, there were no bugs in my food. Sorry that a previous customer had such a terrible experience. I’m guessing that this restaurant has learned from their previous mistake.Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian and vegan options. But the mixed vegetables are fresh and tasty!

the food is good and i don't usually go for chinese (besides egg rolls, wings and fried rice) but i thought it was all you can eat and they usually have more options. but the guy is kinda pushy like rushing. i understand bcuz the food is ready and they just want to get to everyone quickly. at the same time probably should be a bit more considerate to ppl who are first time visitors and aren't familiar with the menu. ik it's online but just customer service.
Wanted to try the egg drop soup. It was the WORST soup I've ever had in my life. It was ALL OIL with egg, there was NO FLAVOR. Never have I ever been so disappointed ? ?.

The food is fine here it’s just your standard typical Asian food and it’s quick and you don’t have to wait for your order to be prepared you choose from what’s right in front of you which is a nice feature because you can see everything that you’re ordering and their services pretty good as well friendly

I found a bug cooked into my noodles, and when I called the restaurant he first hung up on me after I reported the found bug then on a second attempted call the owner made me come back with my plate, refused to apologize or take any ownership of the incident, continuously said it was an “ overcooked noodle” when the antennas, legs and insect body are clearly visible and didn’t want to give us a refund or new plate until we convinced him to give us a new batch of food in which he replied “this is your last time I’ll remember your face next time” as if WE were the problem. Never eating here again, customer service was AWFUL, the food has bugs and they do not care, do not spend your money here. I will be calling the health inspector because lord knows what else they put in their food.

I thought the service was pretty good (but you get NO STARS)until my sister went here yesterday and found a bug in her food. She called after she got home and the man on the phone act as if he DID NOT CARE!! He told her to bring the food with his POOR ATTITUDE TALKING AS IF SHE WAS THE PROBLEM. As she gets there he tells her he will remember her face and not to come back. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAVE DEFINITELY LOST MY BUSINESS. After she MADE him give her new food she has been sick ever since throwing up all day.
