I ask Marqavius P. was the Salted Pretzel Fresh? He checked them in front of me & said Yes. So I paid $10.12 for the Combo. But when I bit into the Pretzel, it was Not Soft or Warm! It was Chewy, Room Temperature & NOT ? FRESH AT ALL! WILL NOT BE BACK & THE CASHIER DECEIVED ME! I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! NOT WORTH $10 AT ALL! BAD FOR BUSINESS!

At Stonecrest mall location staff burnt the food and still put it in cups to serve. When asked why they are serving purposely serving obviously burnt food the response was “we’re not making anymore “ !!! What the $&&@@?!!!

Waited in line forever. They had at least 5 people working with 2 lines opened. Finally get to the front for cinnamon pretzel bites to hear him tell the lady in front of me that it will be about 10 mins. TEN MINS more...we were waiting at least that long in the line they should have been already ready. Sad part is he didn't have a clue what the problem was. Customer service isn't what it used to be unfortunately.

Came here at 5:42 pm the minute I reached the cash register the cashier Franequa Q gave me such poor service starting with zero communication. Had her AirPods in and her facial expression clearly made it seem like she didn’t want to be there . I’ve never felt so unwelcomed. As it was time for me to pay for my order instead of verbally telling me I could insert my card in she pointed at it with such an attitude . It’s really sad because I love coming here but this was not it . I’m really disappointed. The whole experience made me uncomfortable .

Darien and the rest of the staff in the food court kiosk gave great customer service. The pretzels were delicious and fresh.

Very poor customer service, I asked the cashier to change her gloves because she was handling money and food. This young lady had the worst attitude ever, first she starved at me for about 5 to 6 seconds just looking at me very angry. So I ask the young lady again can she please change her gloves and she left very upset and talking to one of her co-worker, which the co-working started looking at me in an unprofessional way. I just wanted to let you know that I felt very uncomfortable and threatened to a degree from your employee. When working with food to the public there should be some protocol in dealing with money and food. With the customer service and attitude I experienced with those young lady I don’t care for spending my money there anymore to support your store at your location. Employees should always know how important customer service is when working with customers. It’s everything that represents you the owner.

I know it's 2 auntie annes inside of this mall but the one at the food court area is what I want to talk about. It's 2:13 pm September 19th and the girl working here may be a little off or far off. First, she came to the register as if she saw a ghost. Ok..next I asked for lemonade no ice. She said what kind of lemonade. I said, lemon aide... She says.. Strawberry Lemonade, raspberry lemonade, etc... I chuckled and said no just lemonade. As I watch her make the lemonade, the first thing she does is add ice... before I could stop her she already putting in the lemonade... I say "did you get the no ice" she said oh and goes back and grabs the ice scooper and digs it in my cup to manually take the ice out!! I say oh no ma'am,I need a new cup please... She then takes a new cup and pours the infected juice into a new cup... I said no. I need you to start over on my drink... (she didn't understand what she was doing wrong in the situation)finally after 3 tries she got it right. I go inside my car and now notice my pretzel is burned all at the bottom. I walk back and noticed other people are back in line for the same complaints. I turned around and just trashed everything. I understand places are short staffed and they are limited with their selections of people to hire but damn.... This was pretty bad

My experience with this location was amazing. The cashier named “Anyla” had an extremely positive attitude and had such loving energy. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted right away since I hadn’t had Auntie Anne’s in a while, but she remained so patient and gave me some suggestions.By far one of the best workers I’ve ever encountered. Her great customer service and adorable personality alone made my day. She was one of the sweetest gems I’ve ever met. I recommend this location 100%
