I went at about 130 a.m. and it was the worst Burger King experience ever worker's cursing at each other, and I was in the drive thru food was bad they gave me the impossible burger meat when I ordered the Bacon King meal I know the difference. I won't go there again.

On 02/16/2024 @ 4:30 I went to theresraurant. It was dirty. I stood in line for 7 minites while two dirty looking employees were in a conversation and I was not greeted. The work area was filty. Two other customers came in and the young girl ans young man was talking still. This location needs to be revamped with new people. This has always been my experince at that location. My store now ia the one on Evans Mills Road. Clean atore and great service.Winston E Smith

Food was great!! Like all the new changes to the place.
I felt like having burger king this morning,(it was 6:20 am 2/31/24) so I took what I knew would be a chance and visited the one on Panalo rd. This would be my 3rd visit since school started back. I was hopeful it would be a smooth quick transaction, but no such luck. I sat at the speaker for a min or two when no one greeted me I drove up to the window. After asking for the number 1. Anthony explained there was no coffee or hash browns. He was coming off of nightshift. When I asked for the 2 for 5 he further explained he did not know how to ring it up. I got a sandwich and french toast. I told him since you don't have what I want the french toast should be free. Anthony said no I can't give anything away. I had no problem paying, but my goodness, try to appease the customer when your service is lacking. I asked for a receipt, he could not give me one. I will never ever visit this location again, 3 strikes and you are out.
