I just left the drive-through 2/11/24, from ordering a fish sandwich meal.I get all the way home and the fish is HARD as a ROCK!!!! The bread isn’t even soft.????I want to go back up there, but it’s late and raining! Total unacceptable BK on Evans Mill!!!! Lazy workers!!!! I tried calling 3 times and no one picked up!!!! I guess I gotta go to Conyers for fresh food!

Waiting in drive thru line for 30 mins pulled off without any food.
Went thru the drive thru and ordered-mind you the young lady repeated the order correctly. Pulled up and paid for the order only to be told to pull forward and someone would bring out my order. You would think that means the order is going to be correct and fresh! That's an absolutely NOT.Both orders were wrong and on top of that given old bread and cold meat for $24 dollars. I rarely eat at Burger King anyways but this experience has me not going anymore. Obviously having it your way is not True!

Absolutely the worst burger king you could order from. Customer service skills shot to hell completely and the manager tomeka is rude as can be. Ordered the new Swiss melt. Bread was not cooked, cheese was not melted nor was is Swiss. It was full American with a bunch of mushrooms on top. Mozzarella sticks were black as their uniform shirts and my whopper was so poorly throw together and ice cold. Also completely WRONG from what I ordered. Down to the coca colas were not coke. They were dr. Pepper. And when it was brought to their attention she asked me to pull up the order to verify it came from their store location then proceeded to tell me because it was mobile ordered and she would not replace it EVEN THO this is the restaurant that poorly prepared it. If you're looking for a hot meal or even a correct one please don't waste your time. Head next door to McDonald's or just take the trip to panola burger king. I'm telling you just save yourself the trouble.
