Fast service depends on the time of day. The drive is almost always packed after 9 but the food is always hot. Great customer service as well

Even though I didn’t eat at this restaurant yesterday, I was in the food court when I saw a young man behind the counter smoking carelessly. He was blowing smoke from the back and walked to the front at the counter with no consideration to Covid or people seeing a food restaurant around smoke. Even though it was a Vape pen, that is a health concern smoking around people and food

Service was slow, the food was hot but overpriced for a nap hamburger. I just wanted a burger, fried add a drink, add it was like they had to go find a cow. Plus there's no please or thanks. The guy was more interested in talking on the phone. What did I expect from a mall burger joint.

If you could go lower than one star I would!!! On March 1st this location scored a whopping 42!!!! On their health inspection!!! JUST AWFUL!!! MAKES NO SENSE!!

Wilted lettuce on my sandwich. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a chicken tender sandwich instead. Lady says it’s against policy to get extra mayo on sandwich and against policy to get more than one ketchup. Bun is hard and the chicken tender is chewy. Fries are old, hard and cold. Absolutely disgusting
