This location is not the normal Chick Fil A restaurants that I'm used to. The staff is rude and not welcoming at all. Whomever the owner is, they need to implement more training especially in the customer service area.
I enjoy Chic Fila A a lot, but the quality of this location has diminished (possibly because it's in the mall). The workers were standing around on phones and talking while we waited for food. My order was missing multiple items - which rarely happens elsewhere. I prefer the "standalone" stores for the consistency of quality service.

Terrible !! The girl in the red in so rude … also the girl in blue !! The both have attitudes the worse service , on history . When I walked up to her she already had an attitude I asked her multiple questions … and she already have an attitude made me wait in line on purpose … just because she has an attitude with the costumers . Chic fil a inside the mall sold me molded bread on chicken sandwich. When called I explained and ask to speak to manager. I was placed on hold over 10 mons no one ever came to the phone, i called back numerous of times just to get busy line signal. I will be suing this company

Very disappointed what's the use of haveing handicapp parking if u going to allow the drive thru traffic to block all the available spaces and on Top of that sandwhich I ordered was wrong don't think Ill be visiting this location
