I've been familiar with Chou Lee's for years being that I lived within a few miles radius for years, I've eaten there and enjoyed it seeing the dishes as fresh, hot, and tasty. But, I had forgotten how good their food was. I am currently enjoying shrimp egg foo young and its sensational!! Really nice portion size.The gravy is outstanding and just very flavourful.I'm even finding a lot of shrimp. Very tasty dish. The young man at the counter was a very pleasant, so great service today.It didn't take too long for the order and I think I paid a fair price ($23 for the egg foo young and 3 drinks.)

This restaurant has gone downhill. I used to go here for years but it appears it’s under new Ownership. I got shrimp fried rice the shrimp is now the size of a dime. Twice so far the rice has been horrible. They ask you to bring it back to replace it. I am officially done with this place. The service was not good and to have to bring back the rice and get a new is not good customer service. I wanted my money back instead of getting new rice. There are no vegetables in the rice anymore. Just dry and horrible

Chicken was so tough, and dry even with sauce on it. I literally had to throw my plate in the trash where it belongs. Vegetables were over cooked, rice was over cooked and super dry!! And then they had the nerve to make my wife wait 35 minutes for 2 plates of trash. Only thing that was fresh was the fortune cookies that came with the entrees. I am not lying I through it all in the trash. It was just that bad.

I been coming here for years a loyal customer I drive over 30 min away for the beef fried rice I got home and tasted it and it’s horrible! The texture and it’s bland it’s horrible I talked to the manager Dominick he suggested I save the rice and bring it back when I come so they can remake it seriously! Horrible Customer treatment I’m not driving over 35 min for something that may be disgusting again I have even referred friends here you have lost my business the right thing to do is to credit me I come all the way from Midtown to patronize your business. When you open it food looks delicious tastes horrible

*DANGER- FOOD POISONING*I found this place because of all of the high ratings on Google. The customer service was great and the food tasted amazing. Unfortunately it gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life. I ate this one time on Thursday night and I am still sick on Sunday. Here’s what I ate on 2/22/24 in case anyone else is ill:-vegetable egg role-moo shu beef (at the sauce, didn’t eat the tortilla)-fried rice (appeared to be plain without protein or vegetables)I have no idea what part of that meal made me sick but I would not wish this on anyone. I will never eat here again.

RICCCCCE ?= The Truth ?. Phat ahh VEH•GEE EGG•ROLL, bruh, The Truth ?.Chou Lee’s is off the chain and a sure thing! Prices are great! Food ?… say less. Conveniently located off Panola/Covington Hwy. I truly understand why they have been operating for 30+ years. Returning for more is an understatement. I’m going to try everything on the menu.***If you just want to waste your time and money, and don’t care how your food taste, then don’t bother visiting, because I don’t think this establishment knows how to produce failure.***
