I ordered From them 2 nights in a row Uber eats.First night I asked for fried eggs. Didn’t get that on my sandwiches. Asked for whip cream DIDNT get it.Ordered last night. 2 frozen coffee with whipped cream and a donut even called up to the store to make sure they got everything .a waste of time because He didn’t understand English clearly….. get food , DONUT IS MISSINg and no whip cream

I ordered online to pick it up quickly, and when I arrived I saw that access to the store was closed (they didn't warn) and I had to wait in line for 1 hour at the Drive-thru because I had already paid

This was my first time coming to this location and I made a mobile order online to be picked up at the window. I drove past the order station because I figured I didn’t need to stop there since I already made my order online. There were no other cars behind me and only one in front of me who was already picking up her order, so I didn’t think it’d be a big deal. Once it was my turn to pick up my order, the woman at the drive thru rudely told me that I was supposed to stop at the ordering station. I'm sorry, how was I supposed to know that. She had a terrible attitude and acted as if I did something to offend her personally by not stopping. I tried to tell her I didn’t know to stop, but she walked away in a huff.My thing is…I get that you may not like your job, but that’s not my fault. If you don’t like people or have the patience for people, don’t choose a job where you have to deal with people everyday. Bottom line, I won’t be back to that location so she doesn’t have to worry about me adding to her unhappiness.

Coffee cake muffin so hard inedible. I watched the worker intentionally reach to the back for the muffin. To my knowledge the oldest bake goods are in the back. He intentionally gave me a bad muffin knowing I paid my money for it. Will be reaching out to the health department. Being upset because I’m upset I completed a mobile order 20 minutes before my arrival and my order is not ready to be picked up.

The Everything Bagel Minis are life!!! The coffee is always the best , but I was in a drive-thru line for 30 mins. I didn't go inside because it was just as bad. The lines were not moving. I even heard a customer ask for their money back on the inside because the line was too long. I even had enough time to go inside and use the bathroom (not clean by the way), and my sister's car had not moved. I've never had issues like this from the one on Wesley Chapel.

Literally consistently the worst coffee, food and customer service I’ve experienced in recent memory. 20+ minute waits without fail regardless of time in the drive thru, and literally zero consistency with food or drink orders.Building would be better served as a Starbucks or colonoscopy clinic.

The older black lady that usually runs the drive thru in the morning is extremely rude and has bad customer service and expects the customers to give her tips everyday. The older black told me her customers give her money every time she makes their coffee but I cant give you money everyday if I am already paying for my coffee. Other then that everyone else is nice.
