I had an interview today at 1pm and arrived at 12:45pm for the Manager to be rude unprofessional and tell me she wasn’t doing interviews and I called the location 5 times to confirm. She then stated I must have set it up myself I will be reporting this experience to corporate office.

Took to long just for an order of sides,they also kept passing a broom through the drive through window, and never came back and sanitized smh.
The best Chicken tender and biscuit I ever ate at this place. The biscuit was real soft as if it just came out straight from the oven. The chicken tender was nice and juicy whoever managing this place on that day did a great job, With the Food. especially at this location I would never expect the food to taste that great. it was a wonderful experience. thank you.

I just left KFC on Panola rd and received the worst customer service ever!! from Jadaisha she’s the drive thru cashier. I placed my order at the drive thru mic and got to the window and my order was all wrong! I had to hand my bag back to her twice while telling her nicely the incorrect items in the bag. Both times she was talking with a nice nasty attitude and slamming the drive thru window while I was still talking. I tried to make peace by explaining to her maybe there was a misunderstanding and she said ok mam with a nasty attitude again and slam the window even harder. I remain in the drive thru to ask to speak with a Manager but Jadaisha never came back to the window. The Manager did approach the window to address my concerns. So due to the Managers apologetic behavior and professionalism this KFC may not be a bad place they just hired a bad worker who cares nothing about the true representation of what KFC stands for.
