Completely unprofessional staff. I had to wait for over an hour for my order. The manager was in complete Ghetto mode. When talking to the one customer, to whom she was very rude , she stated, "This was her last week." I don't think yall would be missing anything if that is the case. I'm never going back to that Marco's. However, I believe if they can't get better customer service, we wouldn't miss that place in our community.

I was charging my car in the parking lot and I walked in at 11:45 p.m. I am sure I was the last customer of the night. I ordered the deluxe pizza which has to be the most complex order. But Jazz treated me like I was the first customer of the day!! The piping hot pizza was wonderful and cooked to perfection in just a few minutes! But what I will always remember is the excellent service! Thank you again Jazz!! and as a business owner, congratulations to management for recruiting such an excellent team member!Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian pizzas

The worst Marco’s. Ordered food for delivery at 6:00pm. Didn’t receive an update for an hour. Called in and was told the food was ready and someone should be on the way to get it. Tried to call back 15 minutes later to see if picked up and placed on hold. Drive to the store which is about 10 minutes away and the call disconnected. Food was still sitting there. Requested a refund for delivery fees and tip. Was told only can refund entire order. Requested full refund. I was explaining the issue to Lydia and the manager walked over. The manager Jasmine they don’t normally like to issue refunds for full amount and said maybe they could refund an item. She took a call in the middle of me talking to her and the Nigeria began to help. I asked about just getting a refund for one of the items to equal the delivery charges and she said would take care of it. She offered to refund the order and remake the food. I reiterated I didn’t want to pay and was fine with just the refund. She told me not to worry and she would get it all remade. While waiting, received an email FROM MARCOS at 7:39 that the order was on the way. The dasher walked in about 10 minutes later to pick up my food and Nigeria told him it could be cancelled. I finally got my food and then when I inquired about the refund Nigeria called a different manager to walk her through it but the manager said no. Lydia told me I should come in or call the next day for a refund. The manager jasmine called the GM Christina who said I had to call door dash to get a code to issue a refund. Called door dash and they said they would call Marcos for the refund. Online ordering is a horrible experience with each party blaming the other. Marcos should be responsible for delivery charges since the order was still placed through Marcos not door dash. Worst experience.
STORE NUMBER 3049) Last night I bought THE GARDEN LARGE PIZZA AND THAT WAS THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN compared to any other pizza restaurant. It was so good I went back at 6:35pm AND ASKED FOR JASMINE (2/2/2024) to personally give credit where it was do and I ordered the same pizza and it was like it was tasted the same exact as it did last night. It was well balanced and the taste is light considering its a pizza. JASMINE REALLY MADE THAT PIZZA WITH PERFECTION.The whole staff was professional and they don’t waste customers time there. Go see them on Panola RD in Lithonia GA and make sure Jasmine put her hands on that pizza. MARCO? Give them people raises especially Jasmine??❤️❤️??

My partner picked up a pizza from this location last night and it was so good that we called back and gave Jazmine so much praise! She was so polite and considerate. She is the true definition of what excellent customer service is. She is definitely a great asset to Marco’s Pizza on Panola Road in Lithonia. So if you’re in the area, ask for Jazmine she will not disappoint.
They gave me one pizza cut and one that wasn’t cut… Entirely too much pizza sauce. For a pizza to be 56$ it definitely wasn’t worth it at all NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! Whoever was on shift definitely didn’t wanna be there. Customer service was POOR . Wasted time and money.

So it's not the pizza I got issues with. It's the fact that the bathroom is up front and somebody went in there and blew it up. So when you walked in for like the next 45 mins, you didn't smell pizza. You smelled dookie and pepperoni. It was horrible and they need to make it a rule where there's no doo doo allowed. But other than that, I love the pizza
