I spent $25.21 last night just for them to still get the order incorrect several times and leave off a burger kmsl they don’t provide us with gas to travel back and when I asked for the corporate number she was lost ???

Very disappointed as this is my first time ever going to this Mcdonald’s, I had placed an order online “HM81” for the drive through, and when i arrived the drive through was backed up and not moving, so i went inside, i watched the first person recieve their online order and when my turn came Evan Owen’s approached me and asked what i wanted, I told him i had an online order and showed him the code, he stated that they could not do a drive through order inside, i then stated i did not want to get back into the drive through and asked if they could just make my food being that i already paid, he said ok and walked off, 10 minutes passed and i got his attention again and asked for an update on my order, he then stated again that they could not take a drive through order from inside, i told him that i was not getting back into the drive through and that i jus needed my food made, he then asked me what my order was and i showed him, he said ok and walked off again and never attempted to make my food for another 10 minutes, then an older woman came up to me and asked what was wrong, i told her what was going on and she went to go and get help, another young lady came up to me and asked me the same question, i told her and she stated that drive through orders had to be through the drive through, however she helped me go into the app and change it to an in store pick up, however the thing that really upset me was another young man walked in and told Evan Owen’s that he had a drive through order but wanted to come inside and get it, Evan did not ask any questions and handed the man his order, to me that was very disrespectful as i was given a difficult time by him when i asked the same question, I appreciate the two ladies that helped me but i will not be returning to this establishment.

Google states this business is opened. It is 5:52am. I've been sitting here in the drive through roughly 5-10minutes. There are cars parked outside so clearly employees are present. I'm not sure if this location just doesn't open until 6 or what but please start updating your hours. It's perfectly fine if you are not open at this hour but that should be listed somewhere.

Every car is pulled over to wait...its like 4 cars waiting but no food is coming out.. it takes 15 min for a double chessburger? When the cashier opened the window and I smelled weed I should have drove off!! First and last time at this hole!!!

Fish fish filet was terrible bread was hard. Fish was cooked earlier on, so the sandwich was very nasty. And you guys have gotten very, very expensive. So I guess I'll be avoiding McDonald's from this point on.

Night shift is a disaster. They say that they are closed when they just dont want to serve customers which is pathetic. Because why have a job . And of course they are black women. Will be calling corporate first thing in the morning . What a sorry group of employees. There is a manager named Mr Billy. He always harasses the female staff even the minors and he has terrible customer service. Don’t even get me started on the food and the wait time.
