They tried to Tell me that it must have slide it in the car no it said on my lap the whole time no slide, and if it did slide, it was still not enough food the cover the area that was missing food contacted the location manager Betty with a real bad attitude and she’s a manager. She needs some training all of them. Need some customer service training. Don’t know how to answer the phone don’t know how to greet customers. I’ll be glad when they put the robots in, so we don’t have to deal with that.

We had delivery. It was good, but I want to say it made me sick after eating it. Which was a bummer. Definitely going to stick to what I know. Don’t know what happened maybe next time I’ll just order a cheese pizza instead. Also for the price the pizza looked like a personal pan pizza. Spent 29.00 bucks on the pizza and pull apart cinnamon thingys. I could have gotten a whole meal with a drink…?Vegetarian options: There wasn’t many options for the veggie people, but we all know how meat is top priority right now.

I ordered me a pizza and boneless wings. I got it delivered to me and when I got my food I had mushrooms on my pizza and I'm allergic to mushrooms. I called back to the restaurant to let them know and they said they was going to give me a refund. It's been a whole week now and I still haven't got my refund and when I call back up their the BOY who answered the phone was very rude. I been calling up there this whole week and now they just answer the phone and will not come back to the phone I need the owner number because this is getting ridiculous. Bad Business.

I ordered a bunch of pizzas to be delivered at 1pm...and PAID... they tried to deliver at 11, but the place wasn't open. Instead of redelivering the pizzas, they made me place a whole new order, and PAY FOR THAT ONE AS WELL...When I asked for a refund, I was told the they couldn't process the refund on my credit card. I hope whoever got those first pizzas enjoyedthem cuz I didn't.

I placed my order online. The website was very user friendly. My order was correct and it was completed by the pickup time that was given online. The young lady at the register was pleasant.One thing that bothers me is the parking lot and sidewalk outside. It always needs to be swept/cleaned. ALWAYS! There's a business next door, I see people sitting under the trees across the way, and there are the actual PJ customers that I'm sure contribute to the trash on the ground. But it's still an eyesore.

OMG!!! Customer Service was on point. I was so proud of the whole crew of young adults working. No one was on their phones. The smile on there faces they made me feel appreciated. I was told to use 6 packs of the Parmesan cheese on one slice I’m definitely going to try it. Thank you babies for being so kind please show all the other fast food spots how to do it and do it right. Thanks again

Ordered the new shaq pepperoni pizza and was clearly an old pizza made hours earlier... the manager refused to remake the pizza... hopefully corporate can straighten everything out... I probably should have checked out the ratings before ordering at this location... 1 star = poor
