Received the wrong order spent over 2 hours on the phone between customer service and the call center to get the right order. As of now, I still have not received my correct order. And being transfer to the store through the call center is a waste of time. No one ever pick up the phone at all. Very displeased with the service of Pizza Hut. I will no longer order from them again

Never again.Took a chance and ordered a large Supreme pizza from this place. First time ordering here. Pizza was delivered roughly 45 minutes later ... cold. To top it off, the parmesan shaker, for which I was CHARGED an additional $.99 was missing.Called the number listed for the restaurant and kept getting some call center with people answering the phone who could barely pronounce "hello". That fact didn't stop them from attempting to be straight up rude -- and even hanging up in my face when I requested a manager. Made me wonder where/how it was conveyed to a "customer service rep" that it's okay to just hang up on a customer. No, I was not swearing, yelling, nothing of the sort. I merely requested a manager.Got me once Pizza Hut. There will NOT be a second time. Hope it's worth it to you to have subpar quality control, a subpar product (this "Supreme" pizza looks ridiculous -- looks like somebody actually took the time to ensure that they put ONE piece of pepperoni, half of a piece of Italian sausage, ONE sliver of onion and ONE sliver of green pepper per slice of pizza), and below subpar customer service to boot.Marco's on S. We created an online delivery order for a large cheese pizza, small fries and a 2 liter Pepsi. I received a text shortly after that the order was being delivered soon by a Door Dasher. It was left at my door as requested but the drink was missing. I texted through a Door Dash text but it was no longer valid. Then I spent over 20 minutes on the first call attempt and over 32+ minutes on the second attempt on hold waiting after customer service transferred me to my local restaurant. I just want a refund for my drink that never arrived and not a credit but an actual refund. Surely you can tell if there is an extra soda in inventory?

Employees will not admit when they have made a mistake even when you are standing in front of them and they try to sell you something you didn't order and try to tell you that did. When you perfectly know what you said. Not a misunderstanding but a point blank tactic to sell left over food that they couldn't sell from a previous order. Will never buy from that place again. The latin ladies does the best job at everything. No latin ladies taking my order no purchase. I wIsh I had names to mention in this. I also can get 3 meat lovers pizzas for the price of one of yours. SERVICE ATTITUDE is everything. Your pizza quality is good but employees at that particular store is driving away customers.

Man this is the worst pizzzaaa hut they really need to start doing drug tests on people cause they act like they get high during they shift or something how do my order always get forgotten about I stood in the 45 mins for the dude with glasss to come back and tell me my order was never made…. Everytime and when I say I come to this Pizza Hut all the time it’s always a difficulty with the orders. Either they ain’t put the order in or they make the wrong order and I’m starting to feel it’s a personal idk what it is but y’all need new staff for you guys nightshift. Slow service ? my babies were asleep 2 hours later. Food was good, but 2 hours later had to make them chicken nuggets, and it defeated the purpose of an easy night. Called and did not get much help. Thanks happy holidays. Just could do better.
My pizza was hard and cold how? I live 5 mins up south Deshon road. (order #0054) ordered around 5:30pm ny style pizza when I called to verify I had dialed the right number I couldn't make out her accent and then she(the employee who answered the phone) put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Pizza hut is nothing like it use to be when they had restaurants ? it is sad I will never order from this location or any other location ever in life this is not my first nad experience with pizza hut. It's terrible do not waste $23 on these people horrible I was buying pizza for my son's birthday he was mortified and so was I terribly disappointed!

This location is within 5 miles of a my house which has been in the same spot since 1986. I ordered a pizza on line and they promised it by 5:48. At 6:10 they sent a message it had been delivered. It hadn't been. They hung up on me 5 times. Finally just as I was disputing the charge, a door dash driver called in and said he was outside. This was at 6:30 PM. The pizza was cold, greasy and the meat was hard as rocks. Pizza Hut at this location should be closed and every person fired. Don't waste your money.

I'm a Pizza Hut head for sure. No Papa or Dominos or Little Ceasers. Local chain favorite pizza for me. I never had a issue here. They always got my order and pizza right. To bad other people had bad experiences. I got a personal pan beef with a order of cheese sticks. The pizza was delicious and the cheesesticks were okay. They left them in the oven to long because when I get cheesesticks they be separated. My order looked like cheesebread.
