The staff is always nice and the store is always clean. However, the value for product is lacking but I blame corporate..the smoothie bowls have more toppings than actual smoothie which defeats the whole purpose! I will never order a smoothie bowl from any of their locations ever again.

I would give zero stars if I could. Went in today and purchased my daughter and I two little angels with extra Turbinado. I order this at every Smoothie King I’ve went to and NEVER had a problem. After tasting and it wasn’t sweet, I asked the young lady to remake because my daughter and I didn’t want because it wasn’t sweet. She said let me call the manager, I’m looking confused because why do you need to call your manager to remake two small smoothies. The young lady called “T” supposedly store manager who then said they could not remake and they could not give a refund without a manager. Then asked for the corporate number which T did not know but she’s the store manager. I threw the smoothies away and called corporate. Corporate informed that there should have been “satisfactory guaranteed” and I should have received two remade smoothies. Corporate was very helpful unlike the ghetto unprofessional supposedly manger, “T”. I will NEVER step foot back in there to patronize that business!

I visited this location midday on a Monday for a smoothie. Decided to pre-order (using the app) just in case it was a line. To my surprise it was not. My vegan mango kale smoothie was ready by the time I arrived. Great, fast, service and friendly employees. Clean inside and they have a little game area in case you want to hang around or do something while waiting.

I have been purchasing from this black owned business since they opened. I received my smoothie yesterday that was watery and not appropriately mixed when I went back it to show the worker she stated she had to call the owner. Upon contacting her and waiting an additional 15 minutes I was told I will not receive a refund as it was made appropriately. I drink the same smoothie made the same way for the last 2 yrs and the smoothie was not made correctly. I will take my business elsewhere as customer service and management is very poor and has definitely gone down in the recent months. The napkins, straws all behind the counter. I used to go here and there was standing room only now they are always empty when you walk in and that speaks to the owner and management.

Great customer service.only one mistake was that I ordered a Go Go Goji crunch with strawberry pineapple with coconut ect add banna, but I received blueberries instead of pine..I don't like blueberries. Overall, it was good. to much oatmeal, but it was good minus the blueberries. I ordered a Caribbean way smoothie, and it was good... first time there, I will be going back and only 2 minutes from my home

This is the most inconsistent smoothie king ever, they never follow recipes and their workers are not on one page when making orders. I asked for a refund and they could not give it to me because the owner wasn't there until the next day ...that is crazy and not good business when you couldn't provide the service that I requested. I tried my best to give them chance after chance but this will be my last time after I get everything resolved. It's bigger than just making money, people come and keep coming back because of consistency of a product not when you feel is "right" and taking 30+ min of wait time. This store needs to go back on the drawing board. I ended up leaving the store with nothing I paid for.

My father and I stopped by on Thursday. I walked down the street to grab food and my food was done before his smoothie he waited 30 MINS FOR A SMOOTHIE! He then kindly asked for a extra protein shot which was more than reasonable being that he waited half an hour for a beverage! The manager told him she would not do that and I’ve worked at a smoothie king before if our customers waited massively long which was never longer than 10 mins, we would offer a extra smoothie for there inconvenience you mean to tell me you guys can’t add in some more powder for a customer who waited literally 30 mins that is ABSURD! A company should not be penny pinching to the point where customers are waiting long and can’t even receive something to take off the frustration for having to wait massively long.. your making smoothies not platters of food they need a change of management IMMEDIATELY!

This smoothie king is the worse one I've ever been too. The GM Tawana Paige, is a narcissistic, unreasonable, money hungry, and selfish individual. It's never the employees it's always management and Ms.Tawana Paige is the worst kind of breed. Don't work here nor shop here.
