I tried to call in an order at 7:55pm and was told no call in orders will be taken due to them closing at 8:30pm. I drove to the location and was there before closing and they were mopping and refusing service to customers. This an example of poor customer service to say the least.

The food I always fresh and hot. Very good on majority of the things I order. The only thing I’m not to crazy about is the catfish fillets. Only because they have the after taste that doesn’t leave a good taste behind. I know catfish is the most commonly fish that’s usually unwanted. Simply because of the slimy texture under the crust when fried, and stringy-ness. The strongest smelling fish as well. But I have came across a couple of seafood restaurants that fry catfish, and it doesn’t have that aftertaste, surprisingly not slimy texture either. But over all I like all their other foods. Especially their Swai fish. Not many restaurants serve Swai fish.

I drive out my way to come here because their food is so good and fresh but the customer service at the cashier is horrible!!!! Like you shouldn’t have a bad attitude serving people food! I’m sure if the older lady was there it wouldn’t be no problems
