This is it, ain't it!! Don't be fooled by the pictures. The quality of the food is trash, just because you add extra sauce doesn't make it better. Everything tastes like it came out a can. The Maccaroni tastes like the kind nobody eats at the BBQ. I will never eat that again. To get descriptive, I shouldn't pull grit out of my greens. Collards should not be gritty. The green beans taste like they were cooked in vinegar. The sweet potatoes aren't the same but they get a pass. The skinny lady with braids had an attitude but the other staff were nice.

Great dining spot with lots of flavorful dishes. Had the fried wings with Mac and cheese and rice. Everything was piping hot and the wings seasoned very well. Great work by the staff and will definitely stop by again when in the area. Best Regards!!!
This will be a long post specifically because there's been a build up of inconvenient experiences.My Grandmother is bedridden and I like to purchase some of her favorite meals from different places to hopefully brighten her day. I ordered fried fish for her and she has been complaining about that fish for 2 days. She said it was basically just breading and very hard.We got sweet potato souffle as well and that appeared so dried out, I didn't even attempt to eat it. Oh and one extra side of sweet potato had a drink lid on it as a top?.Lets move on to ordering online. All meals are not on there and its overall not the best functioning site.Iv'e been going to the Panola location for years since I moved to Georgia and would always be excited to have my family try this place when they visited. The last maybe 4 or 5 visits to This Is It, my online orders have been wrong, overlooked(which caused me to wait for the order for at least 40 mins), and honestly didn't taste so great.I won't be returning to any of the This is It locations but I do hope they have continued success. I used to love this place and hope most people are having the great experiences I used to have there.

I got a 4 piece veggie plate. Everything was ok. It was nothing special. The location on Cumberland is better, but that one has also went down in quality. I would like a bit more flavor to the veggies. Even though i am assuming they do not have meat in the seasoning there are ways to make it more flavorful. Anyhow, i just added my seasonings and ate just fine.
