I came last Saturday on my birthday 4/6?, Vybez made sure that my crew and myself was taking care of to the fullest! I came back today with my sister and TaTa aka Star our bartender again made sure that we were GREAT‼️Thank you Vybez for always making sure that I’m straight?♈️?♈️???

Great place to hang out and chill. Full Bar and menu. Lots of TVs for sports watching and food is great! Great atmosphere for romantic evenings, birthday parties, or cmjust to relax. Customer Service was Amazing and friendly.Vegetarian options: Salads. Maybe other dishes to choose fromWheelchair accessibility: Front entrance is wheelchair accessible

My rating for service is based on my experience with the bartender and the female manager. My food server was great. I didn’t have any problems with her. However, contrary to the manager who was, in my opinion, unprofessional and exhibited poor customer service, I did not have a good experience. I made her aware that the quality of the drink was subpar for the price they were charging. Instead of her coming up with a solution to rectify the situation she was very nonchalant and appeared to be unconcerned which in my opinion is very poor customer service and I will not return or refer anyone. So if you don’t mind wasting money and having to go to another establishment for a good drink at a reasonable price, this would be the place for you!

For a Atlanta bunch this wasn't it! The drinks were overpriced for the quailty mean they were more juice then alcohol. After two drinks we were still sober as judges. At $22 a drink with gratuity automatically included I was gravely disappointed. The Mangers attitude was very unprofessional and unbothered. Which is example of the very poor customer that people speak about in black establishments. I won't and I will not be making any referrals.

How do you charge a cover at a lounge on a weeknight and theres no other customers inside? Maybe drop the cover on weeknites and more ppl will come in and actually buy drinks and food. Also its not professional to have a cover charge and only accept “cashapp”. At least have square setup. If it wasnt for the fact that I wasnt paying (it was my bday) I would have just went somewhere else. I wont be back.

Do not come here! we waited forever for our food and once we got the food it was COLD and when we complained we were told all sales were final. Also, the music is wack! I try so hard to support black businesses but I’m constantly disappointed by the unprofessionalism and the sub par food. 0 stars! I do not recommend this establishment.

I visited this restaurant on 3-20-2024 being entertained by Randy . Entertainment show was very nice . Food service was very poor . I had to wait close to a hour and was not served my food . Everyone in my party had their food . When I went to the bar to complain and ask to talk to the manager, she refused to come out 2 times after requesting her . I was told , “ she is in the office working “. I told waitress to cancel my order , she told the manager and the manager said it could not be canceled. Manager still refusing come out and talk to me .I know this is poor management, and they are not there please her customers . I will have to think twice before I come back to this establishment.

My wife and I went the past weekend to grab a quick bite and a drink or two. When my wife arrived (I came later), the server came and took her drink order and then disappeared for what seemed to be :20. It was not crowded and there was no reason to take that long for one drink. It was at this point we decided to not order food and pay for the drink and go about our way. The problem is that the server left and went outside for an additional amount of time leaving us to do whatever. We wanted to pay but could not find our server. We asked another server to allow us to settle our tab and she went to find our server and quickly brought the pay machine to our table. Still haven't seen our waitress. The new server said that she could not print the receipt as it was not her table/account and would not be able to. I think it is odd there was an 18% service charge (the servers allegedly don't get) and a 3% processing fee and then taxes on top of those additional fees. As we were paying, our original server came back in smelling like weed. If you smoke, I don't think it's a good look to leave a customer to do so. Do that on your own time. If this is what your manager allows, pays you for, do you. I won't be back.

I called to place an order and spoke with a lady name Lilly , she was very rude and constantly assumed that i called before when trying to place an order , she kept asking what i want to order after telling her 3 times what i wanted to order . Lilly did not give great customer service and continued to be rude and gave attitude during the whole phone call towards me when i just wanted to order some wings to go . I will not support this establishment anymore. Management really need to train their staff because this is unacceptable and it saddens Me that a black establishment runs like this and the food is pretty good but the service makes this place looks very bad .

2nd time here and definitely the last. I am so sick of restaurant upcharching for everything. I walked in about 10pm. My friend had a birthday section. She mentioned that she had ordered a bottle. Well, at 10:35, no bottle, so I went to the bar....please note that at 12:11 , the the bottle girls showed up. The section original had 8 people to drink bottle was down to 3 because it was too long. I ordered 2 lemon drops. I was asked what brand of vodka do I drink. I said kettle one. So when I was handed a bill for $41.28. I shook my head. I said it says Titos. But she doesn't have a button for a kettle one. So basically, I paid for a drink and a shot? Then there a order processing fee and automatic service charge. For what... Why will I tip u 5.76 on a drink. I haven't even tasted to make sure u did a good job with mixing my drink. We order salmon bites and sweet potatoes fries. The salmon bites were actually good, hot and priced right for portion size. The fries were cold. She told me she grab then right out the window. I told her that's all good, but they still cold. All sales are final. Cool, but bring me some hot fries. Luckily my friend picked up the tab for the food..because I was refusing to pay. Now I am being asked to come this Sat for a 50th birthday party. I can't even reply to the birthday person..because I don't want to for warned them about my horrible customer service.
