Then after 30 mins I ask how much longer will it take before you take our order she said she didn't know. Worst Waffle House I have ever been to. Ordered online because you can’t go inside. They said 15 mins I arrived in 20 they had not even started making my food. Once I finally did get my order 25 later and standing in the cold it was wrong.

wish i could have tasted the food before i tipped. texas steak melt: meat was salty, on the plus side they weren't slacking on it would have been better if i didn't have to worry about high blood pressure. as well the presentation wasn't admirable either. the sandwich wasn't wrapped very well, it was exposed when i opened the bag. like they couldn't get the paper over the whole sandwich and just threw it in there. the service wasn't bad but it wasn't the best. it was slow and clearly they were bored so wasn't really concerned about the service ik how it is.

Ordered online to avoid waiting at the location. Get there 30mins after I ordered and they can't find my order receipt at all. Few minutes later they find it and I have to wait for them to cook it. Need to have a better system for online orders especially if you're advertising Online Ordering on the store window.

I don’t remember her name but she’s the caucasian lady that was taken the orders I think her name tagg started with a B or P she was awesome they was busy when I came 11-4-23 and she handled everything and everybody professionally.But the place was dirty. As you can see beer bottles under tables. There was drunks and people rolling up right out in front of the door.The workers do not have on hairnets and do not change they gloves. Them gloves touch everything I mean everything then they touch your food with the same glovesParking: Lock your doors

Went to get my food pulled up a group of dudes just out front chilling laughing the I end up standing outside in the rain to get food because inside was locked at 10pm then ordered my food got it was wrong and soggy and undercooked called the next day to speak with manager no one returned my call wasted $30 the dude who took my order was only worried about a tip
