I was really surprised walking into this establishment because it smelled really clean. The weight was reasonable about 1015 minutes to get our food. The girl behind the window was nice . I had the 6 piece tender plate. And I had the tenders tossed in thai chili. It came with fries in a drink. The drink mix machine was cool. The chicken tenders tossed in the sauce were amazing. They still had that chicken tender crunch, but the sauce made it 10 times better. I would definitely get the tinders again. The fries, on the other hand, were very basic. They were kind of undercooked. Nothing spectacular about those if I went back. I would just get the tinders by themselves.

Jerry C is the worst manager. I placed an order on Jan 1,2024 my wings was friend to hard and fries cold. I called about replacement order they agreed to it. I go to restaurant on Jan 12,2024 to pick up my replacement order Jerry was the manager that assisted me. He asked for my receipt which I had but when I handed it to him he snatched it out my hand. His attitude is horrible and customer service unprofessional. I don’t allow disrespect and he’s very disrespectful for snatching the receipt because my food was horrible.To Jerry I don’t have a problem with apologizing which you never allowed me. When you snatched from me you immediately acted as if you didn’t snatched. When I first called and reported my order incorrect I told the lady I want be able to come till around the 12th she told me to keep my receipt which I did. Also, they asked me my name when I called over the phone. As for witness it can go both was and I have recording as well. All I am asking for is a remake of my food that I paid for on Jan 1,2024. Like I said before I don’t have a problem apologizing but please don’t make as if I didn’t come in professional and nice in regards to my remake. Now, if you would like I would like a remake of my food and I will apologize.

I’ve never had a problem before but recently my last two orders (two month timeframe) have been messed up in the same way. Gave me the wrong flavor of wings not once but twice and it is the same wrong flavor. Very unsatisfied not sure what that is about!
I ordered 6 piece bone in honey garlic wings with house fried rice. The wings were pretty good , but that house rice was the best I've had in Ga.! Fried rice with beef chicken shrimp and broccoli.... it was pricey considering it was lunch for 1 person, the food and Customer Service made up for it. I'll go back again around payday ?

Do not recommend.When I placed an online order for a meal, I unfortunately received the wrong order. Despite explaining the situation to the restaurant, they refused to issue a refund. The encounter with the Asian gentleman at the front left much to be desired, as he insinuated that I was being dishonest by claiming that their cameras had captured me receiving the correct order. This lack of willingness to assist and provide proper customer service was disheartening.

Basic wing spot with penitentiary level security at the front cash register. If you dont ask for it they wont include it. Meaning, if you order honey lemon pepper wings with fries youve gotta ask fr the ketchup, the ranch, and which plate is which if you ordered multiple meals. The food is good though.

The service was great, and the wait time was super fast. However, there was a pretty bad smell upon entering the place, so it threw me off being that it's a food place. The wings were not good at all but I guess I can chuck that up to taste preference.

The food was okay. Wings were good, but half of my fries were over cooked and inedible. The shrimp fried rice was good and a pretty decent size. Wish there was more shrimp and broccoli. I paid close to $30 for an 8pc wing and fries with a drink and a shrimp fried rice, it was definitely overpriced. What really ruined my experience is the young lady at the counter was blowing her nose at the counter with tissue, then handed me a cup without washing her hands. DISGUSTING ?! That’s how illnesses spread. Also the window you walk up to is nasty and needs to be cleaned. Charging all of this money but not having your facility clean should be a crime. Won’t be returning
