I love stopping here for a quick bite as its location is conveniently close to where I stay. Also, the food is always good and fresh, though the menu is limited. I would rate them 5 stars but, as I always include in most of my reviews, the place can improve on cleanliness. They're not as bad as Zaxby's but they're not as clean as Buckner's either. Overall, I give this place a generous 4 out of 5 due to my customer service experience.

I have NEVER gone to a Gutheries and received un-fresh food….. that is until now! I should have known they didn’t cook it to order when it came out so fast! I was so excited for a location near me, but the continuous disappointment is unfortunate.
