Used to be pretty solid for the most part, but I think over the last couple months there is a new owner and it has gone downhill.It's never staffed at all no matter the time of the day and it's a little bit of a struggle getting the sandwich you want.Even when busy the person is on their AirPods talking on the phone moving at their own pace.You should probably set up an account on the subway app and place your order ahead of time.
